Our stay was so uncomfortable and stressful. We would never recommend anyone to stay here & we absolutely will not be back. The shower curtain was stained and tattered, while showering we stood in 2 inches of water. The only positive was good water pressure. The towels were stained & we did not receive enough and they were never changed during our stay. We had piles of trash at checkout that had not been picked up. The breakfast situation was abysmal. Signs were everywhere stating there would be a breakfast buffet yet when I told my hungry two year old we were about to eat the first morning of our stay-to our collective dismay, food needed to be ordered and waited for. We had little to no sleep after traveling (flying from PA) since 4AM the previous morning and my toddler refusing to sleep in the uncomfortably cramped roll away crib this property rented us, so the breakfast situation was the final straw as I broke down in exhausted tears in the dining room. The only redeeming aspect of our stay was the staff member who showed empathy and offered us a voucher for the next day’s breakfast. I wish I had caught his name, he was so kind and helpful every time we encountered him. I also wish he had been working our final morning considering we had to wait AN HOUR for our breakfast & nearly missed our flight home!! We had to run to our terminal with a baby & all of our luggage in tow-literally the last people to board when the flight was ready for take off. I have more to say.

Would have gave 5 stars but.
The front staff was very friendly and welcoming especially the late night young lady. But the kitchen staff was the cause of 4 stars, if it was based on them I would give 0 stars. Saturday breakfast ends at 11. Mind you this is a paid amenity. Went to get breakfast at 9:50 was told we would not make us food, and we could eat what they had, which was 1 sausage between 2 adults, some eggs, and potatoes. Nothing to drink cereal with no milk. As they stood at the bar laughing amongst each other. If it was free and not an added fee, I might feel different. But actual front staff, thank you!!!

The checking clerk was very abrumpt in giving answers. The dining room was horrible. We sat for over 30 min. With no service. They were preparing one meal at a time and we were told there was 15 meals ahead of us. We had to leave the premises to eat. The toilet seat was ready to fall off, very loose, safety hazard. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
