Clean property. Only issue we had was the owner of the property had the thermostat locked out and set at 74 to 78 degrees. It was a game trying to keep the temperature at a livable temperature. Contacted rental agency several times got get issue fixed and the home owner keep changing the temp. Highly do not recommend using this property again

My family vacation was awesome & this condo was the main reason why! The balcony was EVERYTHING, overseeing the pools, overseeing the boats, the beach, it was amazing! This is our second time coming to the resort and we were nothing more than happy! We knew the weather may be hot or cold- the resort gave my kiddos plenty to do as they offer so much. We do wish the slide pools were heated a bit, but that’s just being spoiled! We can’t wait for the additional amenities to open around the lazy river!

Great place with great views,but lazy river was listed as an amenity and was under construction. Was not told that it was under construction until we paid and received the first email. We booked here for the amenities specifically the lazy river for our special needs granddaughter.

Great location and unit!
The unit was clean. The view was amazing. The Caribe resort was well maintained and staff was friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is that the furnace blower in the unit is very loud. The furnace blower either needs to be updated with a quieter unit or a some sort of sound insulation needs to be installed. If you are a light sleeper make sure you bring ear plugs!

Condo was spacious and clean. The balcony overlooked the pool area so it was quite noisy. There was a lot to do for kids. Far from the beach but they do have a golf cart that will drive you there. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of renovations being made to one of the pool areas and the lazy river until the week of our stay. Other guests were made aware way before we were. The noise from the construction was a bit loud at times too. Seems like there would be a better time to complete renovations other than during spring break vacations.
