The front desk staff are amazing especially at night they were so attentive and helpful ! The area was great we walked to eat at different places and Ubers were also fairly affordable from the hotel . The room was nice and clean upon arrival . Only concern the housekeeping did not come during our stay so our room trash kind of piled up .

We’ve stayed here before but this time around we were overcharged. The price on the app and even on the breakdown wasn’t the one we had agreed with. The stay in the room wasn’t bad just had so many issues with the door.

Marcia was a star here (As was one other employee who was on at night) as was the housekeeping staff. This place is super close to Disney Springs as well as the outlets. Perfect location to drop your stuff, have fun and then come back to a comfy bed

Fantastic home base for trip to Disney/Universal!
I had a fantastic stay! After a long day of traveling, Brian, created such a positive experience for me at check-in and escorted me to my room! Everything was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The property is relatively new, and modern, fresh and fun! The location to both Disney and Universal is awesome and was the perfect home base during my vacation! Please note, while they do offer a shuttle to Disney, the pick-up spot to return to the hotel is only at EPCOT, which made it a deal-breaker for me.
