Poikkeuksellisen sisustettu Karibian rannan tyyli huoneisto vain listattu vuokra-markkinoilla! Uudet omistajat suorittivat täydellisen kunnostuksen tällä 3 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuonetta, lähellä pääkerhostaloa, uima-allasta ja ravintolaa. Heti kun teet vuoron, tunnet kuljetuksen Karibialle rehevän maisemointiin, joka kattaa sinut. Sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa, makuuhuoneet on jaettu, ja toinen ja kolmas makuuhuone jakavat kylpyhuoneen edessä huoneisto, ja Master king-vuode makuuhuone (kaikki uudet patjat) ja kylpyhuone takana yksikkö. Keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu laite ja se on täysin varustettu. Lähellä edessä makuuhuoneet ovat pinottu pesukone / kuivausrumpu yhdistelmä ja kaikki vuodevaatteet tarjotaan. Yhteisön tarjoamat mukavuudet ovat rajattomat ja sisältävät yhteisön altaat, kylpytynnyrit, hiekkarannan ja kalastuksen laiturin Old Davenportin järvellä.

Beautifully Decorated, quiet and cozy.
Condo was well decorated and stocked with everything you need. If I had only one complaint, it would be the television situation. They don't have smart TVs, so streaming services are a no go, and the cable service constantly drops out or freezes. There was also no service in the master bedroom. Other than theses issues, we had an enjoyable stay.

The house was very nice and the resort was awesome. The staff were very friendly. The kids made great use of all pools, the pool table, and the beach area. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had and it was well priced. The only complaints I would have is that there wasn’t enough dishes for a large family and there was mold on the shower curtain in the master bathroom. In addition, there was only enough toilet paper when we arrived to get us to the next day. There wasn’t any laundry supplies for a load and only enough dish detergent for one wash. No pucks for the dishwasher. I would recommend bringing all necessities if you are late arriving at night like we were. Over all, I would recommend and everything else was great! I would return. 9/10, even with those complaints.

Wonderful getaway!
The condo was in a great area close to everything we needed. It was quiet, we had plenty of room, and everything in the kitchen we needed to prepare meals. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit as we did a lot of swimming and used a lot of towels. Thankful that Paul allowed us to check in early since I over estimated the travel time and would have had to find something to do to keep the kids entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely book again next time we are in Florida.

Family vacation
This place was perfect for our needs. I traveled with my family and this location was great. It was still close enough to everything but far enough out that it wasn’t hectic. The house was clean and had everything we needed plus more. There are plenty of things to do within the community as well.

This is the exact property we needed for our stay. The unit was cleaned and had all the essentials needed. The check in process was easy. Communication with host was very effective. You have different establishments near, including easy and fast access to Orlando. Totally recommended.

Good location- not clean.
We visited this property in late May 2024 with our family of 5 for a vacation. We liked the location of this condo, but it was not very clean. The sinks, showers, floors, couch, baseboards and bedding were dirty. We had to wash the sheets before using because they were covered with hair and dirt. There was filth around the floor/baseboards and just a general dirty appearance. The couch had something smeared all over it & had obviously not been wiped down. I had to clean it before I could sit down. The chair cushions at the table were covered in spilled drink/food. A high chair had crumbs in the seat. I did not feel comfortable going without shoes while walking around the condo. The washer was also dirty inside and had to be wiped down in order to use. We had no washcloths- only towels. The shower curtain was dirty, as well. I will not return to this condo. It needs a deep clean!

Loved the location and the place but was very surprised with how little of the main necessities (toilet paper-one roll per bathroom/laundry soap-two pods/dish soap-empty bottle/hand soap-none/garbage bags-one). We have stayed at many places over years and this was the first; unexpected. Definitely need to ask about these things, especially when you fly.
