The Pillows SUCK!
Nice place and everything was absolutely fine but those pillows suck so bad!!! OMG! And the light shining straight up at the window of room 418…. You can’t enjoy the scenic view of the parking lots because of it! How we ended up in 418, an ADA compliant room is beyond me. The good folks with disabilities must be in on the secret of how the shower head behind the shower head works and which of the two identical knobs turns on shower A, B, or fills the tub, or which one makes the water hot or cold! The third ring of hell is for those that would make handicapped folks life more difficult with STUPID and repetitive plumbing fixtures! Other than that, it was a lovely place!

Staff was great, however we were told hotels.com DID NOT book the stay correctly and they couldn't find our reservations. But the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. It's frustrating after a long trip to be worried that there is no reservation. Do better hotels.com

While our stay didn’t start out as planned with our two queen suite being given away and some housekeeping challenges in the room we did get, the hotel manager and GM took our concerns seriously and credited us a nights stay, called us personally while we were out exploring and completely turned our room. They were apologetic and wanted to ensure us that that guest experience and cleanliness are paramount. The location is great, nice breakfast, great fitness center and pool. We will return.
