we stayed at this hotel recently and our stay here was disappointing, mainly due to the strong, musty odor of humidity that filled the room. It was almost as if the room had been closed up for a long time with no proper ventilation. The smell remained throughout our entire stay. The next day, my husband overheard another couple in the lobby complaining about the exact same issue with the smell in their room, which only confirmed that it wasn’t just a one-time problem. The ceiling in the lobby also had visible water damage, suggesting poor maintenance. The bathroom was another issue. The shower curtain was in terrible shape. One day they took it down to replace it. However, when we returned to the hotel that night, we found there was no shower curtain at all. We had to wait until the next day for it to be replaced and they put the same old, deteriorated curtain back up. Overall, the humidity smell, lack of proper maintenance, and poor bathroom service made for a very uncomfortable stay. We definitely won’t be returning to this particular Hilton unless they address these significant issues.

When we first arrived we had to wait 10 minutes to be greeted and checked in. After being told I had to pay 30$ to park overnight we then had to park in the back of the hotel where there were no entry doors. We had to walk all the way around the building after paying for our parking. If we should pay for parking atleast have a valet or easy access to the hotel. When we finally got back to the hotel I saw about 5-6 staff members standing around laughing, left me wondering where everyone was when we were trying to check in. Yes your rates are low but so is the hotel quality at this point.

Our room did not get cleaned the entire trip despite asking the front desk attendant daily. Absolutely ridiculous. Water temperature was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Absolutely a terrible experience.

The staff at the front desk were amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel is outdated and the showers weren’t clean. We needed a place to sleep after the parks and it was great for that, we were barely at the hotel. So it got the job done for 2 adults on a last minute trip! It was 15 minutes from the Disney parks and minutes away from regular dining.

No hot water

It started in the morning when I attempted to take a shower. I checked in later in the evening, so I decided to sleep in. When I got in the shower, there was no hot water, not even warm water. I stay out of town often and I figured the hotel was busy. Maybe there was a high demand for hot water? So I waited about thirty minutes. Still no hot water. I notified the front desk and she told me someone would come up to check the burners on the 7th floor to make sure they were on, and to wait 15 minutes before trying again. After 15 minutes, there was no hot water. After 30 minutes still no hot water. In total I waited 1.5 hours for hot water, checking every 15 minutes. It never got hot. After several calls with the front desk, and a freezing cold shower to start my day, I was told the heaters did not work and plumbers were en route to repair the system. I completed my checkout. At the front desk and was told the hotel manager would call me about the problem. It's a week later, and still no call. This may sound crazy, but I wish the front desk would have just told me there was no hot water, and they were waiting on a repair crew. I would not have wasted1.5 hours of my morning, and checked out sooner. I realize sometimes problems go wrong in a hotel, but they have always been honest and fixed the problem or offered a solution. Not this time.

Needs Maintenance and Upgrading

Stayed here for a total of 2 nights. Our room was very large and comfortable. I would say that they just need to work on some maintenance in the building which would include a better shower, since the water did not warm up and the shower head was very loose. There were also some lights in the room that were burnt out.
