I liked the location close to Disney and other parks. Management tried the best they coukd but I think the house needs deep cleaning and upgrades. Carpet was dirty, tv cable not working, no smart tvs, we didnt get towels at check in, heater on pool not working, water heater not working to shower for a few days, technician sent not knowledgeable to fix issues, we had to fix a lot of the things ourselves, etc...

Never Staying Here Again!
This place was awful. Poor management and planning. I agree I booked late and Villa Direct made sure to remind me of that. House was outdated, dirty and had bugs/worms everywhere. Left side os sink was clogged so couldn’t use. Garbage disposal didn’t work and dishwasher was also clogged and flooded when used once and then every time water was use on sink in kitchen. Bathrooms were dirty. Pool was dirty and outside furniture smelled. Worst place I have ever stayed. Not worth the cost and will never stay or book Villa Direct again. Michelle is rude and condescending and judging by prior complaints has no empathy or ability to appropriately handle customer complaints or feedback. This place needs some HELP!
