Great vacation home!
We had a great time staying at this property. The owners were wonderful and prompt in responding to a few issues that were outside of the home. Only down side was not having a game room, but that was our fault for not realizing when reviewing the photos of the property. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and were thankful for a great home to stay in.

Beautiful place with great location.
You will have all you need to enjoy a great vacation at this beautiful property. It is the perfect location to all the theme parks. We enjoyed this place so much, we only wish our week would have allowed us more time to just relax around the pool and the clubhouse. We packed a lot into our stay and this was a great place to collapse after a long day! Would highly recommend!

Perfect For Families
We really enjoyed our 5 night stay and will stay here again in the future. This home had everything we needed! Cathy called us upon check in to make sure everything was ok. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more than enough space. The private pool was a hit for the kids. Very quiet and secure neighborhood! We felt very safe and have no complaints.

This was our 3rd year staying at the Croce's property. We feel like this is our home away from home when we come to Florida. Cathy and John are so responsive if we need anything or have any questions. They check in before our trips, during our stays, and even after we get home. The house is always perfect when we arrive and our family enjoys to just relax poolside most of the time. The neighborhood is quiet and enjoyable. The clubhouse has activities to enjoy and great food and drinks! The proximity to shopping, restaurants and entertainment is great as well. If i could give this listing 10 starts, I would!

Amazing trip and amazing home
From the moment I booked Cathy was in touch and quick to answer any questions up until the day we arrived. Which she even checked day of arrival to make sure everything went ok. The home was beautiful with plenty of bed and rooms. The pool is very Secured for the little ones and the community is perfect for the teens to go out and about with plenty of things to do. It is in the perfect location to any of the parks while you are down there and great location for any type of shopping. I will definitely be booking with Cathy again for my next trip down (my family didn’t want to leave).

Great Location, Clean, Spacious Home
My husband, two kids and parents (who need separate rooms) stayed in this home for 5 nights while we were in town for a National Cheer Competition. The neighborhood was well kept and safe. The home is very large and accommodated us well. The kitchen was fully stocked and the pool and hot tub were a plus. We've always stayed on a Disney property and we're so glad we branched out. We had so much more space, saved money, private pool and the location was no more than 15-20 minute drive everywhere we needed to go. Cathy, teh host was wonderful to work with. Thanks Cathy!

Perfect winter getaway
We had such a wonderful vacation at Cathy’s home. We travelled to Florida for a winter getaway and felt so comfortable in this home. Cathy was so fast with her communication and ensured everything was smooth and great. This place had everything we needed and was comfortable and suitable for our family and young kids. Great location and very clean
We had a great stay at this property. It was close to restaurants, stores and parks. The reservation/ check-in process was smooth. The owners were lovely - reached out by phone and email before and during our stay. The house was one of the cleanest rental houses that I’ve stayed at in the area. My only criticisms are that there was no games room for the kids - but we were so busy with other activities and the pool was beautiful. The only other criticism is the distribution of bathrooms. There were 4 in total but only 1 on the second floor and one of the bedrooms on the main floor had to use this one for showers. We had 6 people fighting for one shower/ bathroom everyday :). But that is just how the house was built - not the fault of the fabulous owners. I would still recommend this home to families looking for a clean rental in a great location. Also, the clubhouse in the gated community was fabulous! The kids loved the sports facilities and the pool.

The property did meet all our needs and there was plenty of room for our group of nine people. When we arrived there was issues with the front door lock and we couldn’t get in. Once we were inside the property we were surprised it had a strong odor of mildew. Not newly renovated like advertised. Ceiling had water stains. The hot tub is shallow and was more like a kiddie pool. Discrepancy on quite hours and check time from what was post on the website. Beds we’re comfortable. Plenty of space. Overall not bad but not somewhere we would stay again. Owners we’re friendly and understanding when check time mix up occurred.
