The property was nice, modern and well maintained. However, I was not prepared at how bare the Cocoon rooms were. No windows, closets, desk, chair or nightstand furnishings. Just the bed and a ledge at the headboard for charging small electronics. There was a sink but no counter. The shower & bathroom are open plan with no ledges for personal bath products. It is likely great for economy travelers, but if you like furnishings and amenities, this is not the hotel for you. There was a cafe and gym in the basement and connected to restaurants & pubs. Staff was very pleasant.

Great location but amenities were lacking. No water fountain, lotion, or conditioner. The shower always leaks a lot of water onto the floor when using is, it leaks onto the bedroom area each time.

Nice place for a quick stop over. I knew there would be no window, but there was nowhere to sit, nowhere to put anything like a desk and the floor was tiled so very cold. Problems checking in as seems like they don't accommodate bookings booked through other portals. Had to wait in a queue to speak to someone + key card machine was broken so had to be escorted to my room.

It was quiet, peaceful, clean, friendly and convenient in part due to its Proximity to Piccadilly Circus, Shaftesbury Avenue and all the other areas that were easily accessible due to this hotels centralized area. The only thing I would suggest would be to add facial cloths to the towels and floor mat they give Other than that, the hotel was great to be in, very nice and unqiue.

Not really a hotel, but a pod located in a bomb shelter. Area in front of the hotel isn’t safe - you literally have to step over the bodies of homeless people sleeping near the entrance. Staff isn’t friendly - we came one hour before check in time, hoping to leave our things and go for a walk. Instead we were offered to either pay 15 ponds per piece (including hand luggage) or early check in for 40 ponds. So there is no free luggage room! The lobby looks like a bomb shelter- huge, cemented basement- no windows. The rooms are not really a room but a pod - bare necessities- no windows, no shelves or closets, no space to put or open a suitcase, no hangers, no hair drier, the toilet separated by a semitransparent glass, so, there is no privacy. Truly unique experience.

Extremely small roomsand if you pay close attention to the room corners. It is filled with hair and dirt!! I was really disgusted by that? Also You have to rent a hair dyer for just 8h! So odd! I asked for an extra pillow. It was my husband and I and we had 1 pillow each. I asked just for 1 pillows tea for me. I texted them several times and no answer about the pillow. When I asked the guys at the reception they said that the hotel is fully booked and they run out of pillows. This was the weirdest answer I ever got from a hotel concierge. They should invest more in pillows!!!! Over all not happy with the stay!
