Very comfortable and nice
The view from the pool was very nice.It was close to grocery stores and other things. It was perfect place to stay with my family. I left my hair dryer and they will mail it back to my home. Maddie was quick to respond to my messages and is thoughtful.

Disney family vacation in February 2025
The house is as described and met all the needs of our family of 7 easily.Pros: large, clean, and beautifully decorated home. The bathrooms were updated and very nicely appointed with the master having a very large soaking tub.Seating in the living room and game room was ample and comfortable with very nice furniture. Every room except the kitchen had a functioning television which made lounging separately a nice. Every room had a ceiling fan.A new washer dryer set up was available and really useful for laundering for the group between the parks and pool.Note: The entire pool was heated to 90 degrees which was only a few degrees cooler than the hot tub. We had no problem with it, but others may not like it depending on the temperature outside. Cons: Traffic near the home is is kept locked at 74 which is acceptable, but humidity can be a problem in the home when the AC is not running during the night and morning hours, but almost all rooms had fans and they were useful for keeping it comfortable. Hotels don’t do that.There is also an odor outside the front entrance that is unpleasant when walking through.The hot tub itself did not have functioning jets. A knob is available to turn the jets on, but they would only burble as if there may be something wrong so we simply stopped turning it after the first few attempts. We spent every evening/night in the hot tub regardless, but that was disappointing. In terms of sundries, you must provide almost everything yourself.

We really enjoyed this lovely home. We stayed with 3 moms and 3 teen girls. The view of the lake and the pool is amazing, Great location, easy access to Walmart, Chick Fil A, Universal and Disney.

A Perfect Getaway: My family has stayed at this house for the past 4 years and I can't say enough great things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was thoughtfully designed to create an ideal home-away-from-home atmosphere. The host Maddie is so accommodating and gracious. Location:The home's location was unbeatable—nestled in a quiet, safe gated neighborhood just a short drive from Disney World,. Additionally, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers were conveniently nearby, making it easy to stock up on essentials or enjoy a night out.Amenities:The house itself was stunning and immaculately clean. The spacious layout comfortably accommodated our group of 9 with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the cookware we needed to prepare meals. One highlight was the private pool and spa—perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks.Entertainment Options: Inside the home, there was no shortage of entertainment. From a cozy living room with a large flat-screen TV to a game room equipped with a pool table. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was great for streaming movies or staying connected. We will be booking our next vacation here soon! Comfort and Style:

Fabulous holiday in Florida
Southview is a lovely house, in picturesque surroundings looking out onto the lake. ideally located in Kissimmee, great for restaurants and a short drive to the parks. The property has everything you could possibly need for a family vacation, highly recommended. I hope to stay here again in the future. The owner of this property was a first class host and went beyond expectations to ensure my family had a fabulous experience staying there.

Perfect base, wonderful villa and a fantastic stay.
We had a great time - brilliant location: convenient for parks, shops and restaurants, very safe and secure. Only used the 3 double rooms as a party of 6 adults: lots of space and the beds were SUPER comfy…. All the mod-cons and facilities you could ever want in a villa, Maddie has thought of / provided everything - pool was lovely on our chill days, we even tried a bit of fishing in the beautiful lake but no luck 😝 Would definitely recommend Southview, our stay was perfect in every way and communication was excellent right from the very first message to the time we left. Thank you so so much Maddie, we had the best family holiday and your beautiful home was a big part of that - looking forward to rebooking for our next trip.

What a beautiful home!
From the moment we booked to the moment we got back to the UK Maddie looked after us and made us feel so welcome. The house is beautiful, in a lovely, gated, tranquil community and has those gorgeous sunsets every day! If you want the convenience of being near the parks (and everything else Orlando has to offer) but appreciate a bit of time and space to unwind at the end of the day, I can’t see how you could do much better than this home.

Best villa we have stayed in!
I could not find fault with this villa at all. The brand-new mattresses were very comfortable. The heated pool was perfect, and very much enjoyed by the kids. Overall it's the best villa we have stayed at, in and around the Kissimmee area. We look forward to returning and have already booked our next stay in this lovely villa.

We had a wonderful April vacation stay at this property. We have rented other places in the past and this one was by far our best yet. We cook a lot and found that the cookware and appliances were perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the pool (we had it heated) and enjoyed fishing in the lake. We would definitely return to this property again. Maddie was very responsive during our time there with any communication. Thank you!

Beautiful vacation escape
This home was amazing. The pictures and descriptions in the listing were exact. We felt so comfortable staying here for our vacation. It is conveniently located close to all the theme parks which was a huge help. The security gates and guard station gave us a lot of comfort knowing we were safe. The pool and game room were our favorite spots to hang out when we weren't at a theme park. Maddie left very detailed and easy to understand rules and information we would need for our stay. She was easy to get in contact with and quick to respond. The whole resort was beautifully maintained. We will definitely stay here again!

The home is great except for the mattresses on all 3 king beds were extremely worn out. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The outdoor light by the pool was out but Maddie responded quickly and the bulbs were placed by the next day.

Perect family stay
We have stayed at this house for the past 4 years. We love the location, its close to everything. The house is perfect for our family. Pool is great for the kids and there is a park near by. We love this house !!!

Our family had a wonderful time. There was adequate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be able to spread out and have the own space as needed. Everyone absolutely loved the heated pool and spa. If we were to do a similar trip in the future we would definitely contact Maddie. She was wonderful to communicate with about all aspects of the rental. 5 stars all the way. No complaints about anything.

Maggie is easy to work with and keeps you informed every step of the way. The house was perfect for a small family or several families. Loved having a hot tub to relax in after the parks. It heated up quickly and it was well over 100 degrees!

This home is exactly as described in the listing. Great neighborhood. Easy access to everything you want to do. Home is very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Beds are comfortable. Our group of eight retirees enjoyed our stay very much. Maddie (owner) responds quickly and is lovely to communicate with. Everything was clean and as-advertised. We found mid-stay that we wanted heat in the pool (extra charge), and we were there Sept 20-30, if that helps anyone else decide. Without the extra heat, it was ok for some, but a little too cool for others.

Beautiful Rental
This was our 4th time using VRBO for our Florida trip vacation rentals. I have to say…and my husband agrees, this was the best one of all. We came to Florida to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday and having an amazing home to come back to at the end of the day was the best. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The community was quiet and we felt very safe. WalMart is literally 5 min away to stock up on snacks for the kids. I was able to reach the property manager and get a quick response when I had a question. Maddie was so responsive, accommodating and most importantly, kind and welcoming during our email interactions. The home is large with plenty of room for everyone to have their space. The beds were comfortable as well. I love that the pool is pretty private. And the view of the lake was lovely. I’m so happy to have been able to book this home for our stay. We have already said that this will be our new vacation rental whenever we return to the area. Thank you Maddie for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your lovely home. ☺️ I can’t wait till next time!!
