Big spacious house
Neighborhood was great, amenities were awesome as well. Only issue is we couldn’t get the hot tub in time. Garbage in last day was rough as there was a lot of left over items and ended up needing two bags and only one fit in the outside bin. Hopefully it was ok.

Everything was clean, sanitized and spacious. Please read the booklet because the instructions because the info online is a bit different. Pool was one of the bigger ones and theres a squirrel that visits every morning. Checking in tajes patience because there is a line but have your info ready to make it an easy process. The gate attendants and mangement office were pleasent. The resort area amenities are ideal especially for the little ones. 10 out of 10.

Our stay was very nice there was a couple of small things. In the master bedroom there was a red spill on the comforter and on the floor, the patio lock to the door was broken and did not lock. When I called Javier he came out and fixed the lock and also took the comforter for cleaning. I would actually stay again.

Property was spacious and good for large families. Downside for the size the amount of supplies left for us was not at all adequate for the occupancy size. We had to buy dish soap, toilet paper and trash bags. Otherwise stay was great!!

This home was perfect for us as we had 9 people in our party. Plenty of room for everybody and the pool was great after a long hot day. We really enjoyed our stay.

Family trip
We had a great time at this property. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and have their own space after three busy days days at Universal Studios. We love the location of the property and the gated community. Our kids loved having their own pool and going for a night swim after a busy day. It took us a little while to get checked in through the security gate as we had to make some calls to the property manager, however, we felt like we were in a very secure and safe location!

Vrbo description is accurate, it’s a great place
House was wonderful, neighborhood very nice. Only problem is you’re only allowed 3 vehicles, which is tough if you have local friends & family that want to come visit. Gate staff were very efficient. We’d definitely stay again if we could live with the 3 car limit.

Lovely time, great location
Our family had a wonderful time at this home, we enjoyed the pool, the game room and all site amenities! The kids loved the community pool, we hung out there all day one day. The house was comfortable in size, beds were fine. It was mostly clean, except for some dirty dishes in the cabinet that may have been placed there from the prior guest. The house could probably use a deep clean as it has been heavily used (rugs, baseboards, dust). But for the price, can’t beat it. The owner was very communicative and responsive when we encountered an issue. They were quick to fix, and make things right (which we appreciated). The kitchen was light in supplies, so know that if you are planning to cook (no sweeteners, Tupperware, oil, spices). And bathroom products were limited, so do plan to buy or bring your own. We drove over from another part of the state, so we brought our own stuff. But it may be good to know if you flying in and getting in late. Overall, we would stay again. It was a good value, fine place to stay if you’re planning to spend most of your time at the parks. And the hosts were gracious.

Definitely a very “used” property. Carpet on the stairs were very dirty. The pool was great. It was definitely cold so I wanted it heated. I tried to arrange getting it heated the day before we arrived but the property manager said contact the people we booked it through and the Evolve group said contact the property manager?!?! I had high hopes that there would be instructions in the home but there wasn’t. It finally took phone calls to both places to get it figured out. It was worth it because we had some very young children with us. Part of the hand rail was broken and I reported as soon as we settled in because I didn’t want to get charged. The property manager responded with ok. I later learned the garbage disposal did not work and reported that with no response. One of the upstairs toilets was broken as well and I didn’t even bother to report it because of the lack of response on the other issues we had with the property. Oh and one roll of paper towels and no extra rolls of toilet paper for a house with eight people. Overall it was ok. If you have a couple to choose from, I’d look at the other ones first.

An extra large home, well equipped , clean and comfortable. Only Ten minutes to Disney. Loved the games in the garage, and especially the community’s water park, we spent a day there !

Enough room for all.
Great house. The location was convenient and the community amenities were awesome. The kids ages 7-14 loved the game room in the garage. A few housekeeping misses, but nothing major. All in all a great stay and will look to book again soon.

In a word-fantastic!
Wonderful location, so clean and pretty! Great views, pools, and abode! Loved the layout, kitchen, and setting-everything was super! Javier (property mgr) was on the spot with any questions and the owner was so accommodating and welcoming! Would LOVE to return here and would definitely recommend. :)
