The property and facilities are top notch. Great staff too. Our only issues were with housekeeping. We asked to have a stained sheet (not by us) changed on the bed. We were told it would be done by the end of the day. It was never done. Our 2nd last day we asked for toilet paper at the front desk. We were told our room was scheduled for service and it would be done by 5 pm. It wasn’t done and at 9 pm I went back to the front desk and got a roll of toilet paper. Otherwise the place is flawless.

Room was nice but could have been better.

The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The HVAC was challenging due to room layout. Thermostat on far side of the room with a room divider in between with a lamp shade in front of it. Room alternated between hot and cold all night.

Not like the first stayed

It was my second time in the hotel. Unfortunately this was not as good as the previous one. On the first night a leak on the a/c made necessary to switch room. In the second one bath sink didn’t flushed the water properly, also walking shower glass door didn’t avoid bathroom’s floor to get completely wet (lots of bathmat were necessary) Breakfast is good (typically American). Swimming pool is a hot spot. Staff is attentive and helpful. Parking lot is paid per night (15 US).

A review.

Good Location especially for Disney. Check in was supposed to be a 4 but room was not ready until 5:30, kind of frustrating. Paid parking seems unnecessary considering the parking lot is not secured and no one monitors the lot. Room service is only every other day, asked for at least clean sheets and towel service every day but they were unable to deliver on this. Bathroom was not clean when I arrived and there was hair everywhere. There was also ants, so dont leave any food out. Free breakfast was good, good selection and the staff was friendly.
