the heat in my room was terrible. There was 2 thermostats and neither really warmed the room. There is a restaurant but no room service. There is a coffee machine in the tuck shop but even that is not complimentary, you have to pay for a coffee. I stay at Holiday Inn's all over and most offer complimentary breakfast and free coffee in the lobby. I found this hotel to not be customer friendly.

Very good hotel. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The only complaint would be that the chlorine in the pool was very strong and made my eyes burn. Staff were great and courteous.

We stayed for a hockey tournament. It was a convient location right off the highway. Lots of dining and shopping near by. The room it's self was a good size and clean. The staff were nice and helpful.

It seems you’ve separated the hockey team rooms from the rest of us, thank you, Thank you for suite upgrade. When we got to our room the door was ajar, I don’t think the card issued worked but didn’t matter

Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the stay. Room was comfortable. Only negative was the quite loud heater. On the other hand, I needed the heater as it was cold during my stay in Ottawa. I appreciated the heat, just that the sound was unfortunate.

We have stayed here a few times and always please with cleanliness and staff. Location is nice with St.Laurent Mall across the road and Lonestar next door, we didn’t have to drive anywhere! Uber would be cheap to downtown as well.
