I booked room type glass room, but the staff moved us to Hutch Room, the staff explain see the information in the reservation appication Hotels.com , However When we looking at the hutch room, we found that it was not very clean, so we could not stay. ( I'm Check in at the Bloom At 9 Dec 2017 about 3 P.M.)

แย่มากที่สุด ข้ออ้างแย่ๆว่า พนง คนเก่าลาออกไม่ได้ทำbookingไว้ คือออกไปนานขนาดไหนคะถึงได้ขาดการinformation ภายในกันขนาดนี้ ลูกค้าคนก่อนคือจองล่วงหน้าตอนกลางปี ส่วนเราจองล่วงหน้า1เดือน มันคือเหตุผลที่แย่มาก แถมยังไม่ได้แสดงว่ารู้สึกผิดหรืออยากรับผิดชอบ บริการช้า วุ่นวาย สถานที่ก็ไม่ได้มีการปรับปรุงหรือพัฒนาให้น่าพัก ห้องพักก็ไม่พร้อม เช่น น้ำรั่ว ห้องเหม็น และฝุ่นเยอะมาก (คือออฟฟิสเหมาเที่ยวประจำปี เราจองส่วนตัวเพิ่ม ข้อมูลห้องคือเสียงตอบรับของเพื่อนๆที่ออฟฟิส) โดยรวมคือแย่ที่สุดของธุรกิจบริการ

ห้องพัก และสภาพโดยรวม
สภาพห้องพักและสภาพแวดล้อมโดยรวม ควรปรับปรุงอย่างมาก ตอนเปิดใหม่ๆ น่าจะสวยมาก แต่เหมือนไม่ได้รับการดูแลและซ่อมบำรุง ต้นไม้เหี่ยวและแห้งๆ ไม่สวยเหมือนในรูป หญ้าขึ้นเลอะเทอะ ขึ้นแซมกับดอกไม้ (ดอกไม้ดูไม่ได้รับการดูแล) เหมือนแค่รดน้ำและปล่อยโตและเหี่ยวตามธรรมชาติ...ผิดหวังกับสวนนะคะ ห้องพัก ในรูปดูดีมากค่ะ ของจริง ฝุ่นเยอะ หน้าห้องพักโทรมๆ พื้นน่าห้องพักสกปรก เก้าอื้หน้าห้องพักแต่ละห้องพังๆ และชำรุด อ่างอาบน้ำนอกจากใช้งานไม่ได้แล้ว ยังสกปรกเหมือนร้างไม่ถูกใช้งานมานานมาก ที่กิ่งไม้ใบไม้ทับถมในอ่างเยอะ พื้นไม้ที่อาบน้ำบริเวณอ่างพัง หัก เสื่อมโทรม ห้องพัก ห้องที่ได้ตอนแรกฝุ่นเยอะมาก เหมือนไม่มีคนพักมานาน ไม่ควรปล่อยให้คนเช่า น้ำที่ใช้อาบแดง ขุ่น และสกปรก น้ำรั่วเวลากดชักโครก เลอะเทอะพื้น ห้องที่ได้รับตอนแรกที่ 120 และขอย้ายห้อง สภาพห้องไม่พร้อมให้บริการ ห้องใหม่ที่เปลี่ยนคือ 121 การใช้งานพื้นฐานได้ ความสะอาดในขั้นรับได้ แต่ในห้องน้ำควรปรับปรุงเรื่องการทำความสะอาด คราบต่างๆ ถ้าเทียบกับสถานที่ต่างๆ ที่เคยไปพัก ถือว่าที่นี่ควรปรับปรุง อ่างอาบน้ำ สภาพไม่ต่างกันมาก คือใช้งานไม่ได้ ไม่สะอาด กิ่งใบทับถมเยอะ เหมือนร้าง ขาดการใช้งาน พนักงาน ทั้งแม่บ้าน และ พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดี คิดว่าปัญหาน่าจะเกิดจากการบริหารงาน ควรปรับปรุงค่ะ ไม่น่าปล่อยให้โทรม

จองแล้วไม่ได้ห้องพัก
จองห้องแบบ moroc แต่ถึงวันเข้าพัก ทางรร.บอกห้องเต็มต้องเคลีย์คนที่ check-out บ่าย2 กว่าจะได้เข้าพักเกือบบ่าย 3 และได้ห้องแบบ hut ซึ่งสภาพแย่มาก พื้นไม่สะอาด อ่างอาบน้ำสกปรกมาก อยากให้รร.รับผิดชอบกับความผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นกับลูกค้าด้วยค่ะ
