Great couple getaway for NYE. Despite large number of rooms and guests, it felt comfortable and maintained the high-end atmosphere. The adult-only pool was quiet, towels available and friendly staff on-hand. Room service was good and they have a lovely cafe/convenience store with snacks, fresh sandwiches/salad made to order and desserts. My only complaint is there was a large group of multiple family and friends that were very loud and took over the cafe late at night to play board games and cards together. They were basically yelling and laughing so loudly no one could hear each other order or speak to cafe staff, nothing was done to address it by the hotel staff. Very strange for a 4/5 star hotel.

Everything was great. The only thing that could use improvement is the dining options. The pool restaurant for lunch was great. The market was good for snacks, but I feel like more options for breakfast would be an improvement. Dinner was ok, but not amazing. There are lots of great restaurants close by though.

Beautiful room - highly recommend deluxe rooms with a view of the golf course. My only complaint was that the shower head was beyond horrible. Barely had any water pressure. Other than that, very happy with the room and my stay.

Located in Indian Wells formerly Hyatt Regency we were there for Christmas week and the service was very good to excellent. The concierge service can improve but better than at the Hyatt Regency in Tokyo where there was no concierge in the Hotel. Such a top quality brand otherwise keeping up their high standards of hospitality

Beautiful renovation, extremely high resort fees
This is our second time staying at the hotel, first time after the renovation. They did a great job with they style, decor and service. Our only complaint was we booked a villa so we could have a jacuzzi and it was broken half the time we were there. Once they fixed it, it still had algae in it and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Other than that the staff was great, helpful and very nice. The resort fees are insane so make sure you calculate that into your stay.

The room and the pools were the best part. We just stayed in November and the weather was a little chilly and the best part is that the pools were heated so we were still able to get in them. Will come back for sure.
