Another special bonus to this condo is that it conveniently offers a queen size living room sleeper sofa and twin size nook daybed with trundle.

It gets better still! This beach condo includes one of the largest balconies at AQUA at 211 square feet! This comfortable, low, second-floor balcony provides majestic, tropical, views of the sandy beaches, palms, beautiful gulf waters, and magnificent AQUA water amenities.

Aqua is situated at one of the most convenient locations in Panama City Beach! Located at the intersection of Front Beach Road and Powell Adams Road, AQUA is just a 2-3 minute drive from Pier Park. Target, Wal-Mart, shopping, restaurants, ice-cream, movies, entertainment, and all that Pier Park has to offer is easily accessed. Avoid bumper to bumper traffic getting to the shops! A back-door entrance to Pier Park (L C Hilton Jr Drive) or the back-lot entrance behind Target, make AQUA to Pier Park access a breeze.

NOTE: BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2025 ALL Aqua guests must PRE REGISTER for parking via a link provided upon a booking confirmation. Guests will need to register and pay $50 per vehicle in order to park on site. This is an AQUA HOA rule and Warren Beach Rentals has NO latitude in the matter. Guests may purchase up to 2 Parking passes.
