Vain 1 koira alle 30 lbs per huoneisto on sallittua. Etukonttori veloittaa 250 dollarin takuumaksun, joka ei ole palautettavissa. Ei poikkeuksia tähän sääntöön tehdään, älä kysy.

This is a great location. Condo was nice - bed needs updated and it could have been a little cleaner (appeared no one had stayed in the condo a while) - but, all in all it was good

Condo has an amazing view. The mattresses aren't memory foam but do have memory foam toppers. They're still really comfortable. We could have used one or two more blankets but it wasn't enough of an issue enough of an issue to contact management about. Overall it was a great stay.

Workmen on balcony so no ocean view
They were working on the balcony from Monday-Thursday with paper on all windows, outdoor furniture stacked with plastic covering them, plastic on the floor. We did not have use of the balcony this whole time. Woke up to noise Monday morning to find a man sitting on balcony. I stepped out in my pjs needless to say I was startled and frightened. Arrive back to the unit we found that pest control had been let into the unit without any notice. We had computer, jewelry, medication and cash sitting out for the taking. They were going to cut the water off one day. Luckily I saw the notice at the back of the elevator down low where if there had been other people in the elevator you would never have seen the notice. With the amount of money we spent for the week to have a gulf front unit we should have been notified of the work to be done so we could make other arrangements. I feel we certainly did not get what we paid for. I have tried repeatedly to take this situation up with your company with no response. I feel we deserve some restitution for your failure to provide what was promised. I do have pictures if you would like to see what we endured.

Great views & unforgettable memories
Our vacation stay in this spacious condo in Panama City was absolutely **amazing**! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful decor and the stunning views of the city and ocean. The living area was so **comfortable** and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the dining area was great for enjoying our meals together. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so **comfy**, we had the best night's sleep every night. The bathrooms were clean and modern, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. One of the highlights of our stay was the balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails while taking in the breathtaking views of the city and ocean. We also loved spending time at the pool and hot tub, which were both clean and well-maintained. Overall, our stay in this spacious condo in Panama City was a **dream** come true. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Great Getaway
Spent a glorious week with family members. Very spacious & well-decorated with a cruise-ship view that was amazing! Gorgeous (early) sunsets! All necessities provided, plenty of bath towels. Overall, we found Treasure Island very clean. Kudos to Mr Theo!

Great location
First time staying in PCB in a very long time. We loved the location and view from this unit. Beach chairs and umbrella were included with the unit. Pool was fabulous, you could see the gulf from the pool. Having assigned covered parking was a bonus. Pet friendly was very important to me. They have a small relief area but would be great if they would fence that in and have a bench added for pet owners.

Poor condition & filthy
Treasure Island is beautiful however this condo is filthy and in very poor condition. We checked in and found the bedding to be extremely stained with bodily fluids and holes. We immediately put them in the washing machine which is not how we wanted to start our vacation. The arm of the couch was laying on the floor and continued to fall off the entire stay. There were only two bar stools and the other two were broken sitting in the master closet. There was someone else’s clothing hanging in the closet, a curling iron plugged into the wall of the bedroom, rusty silverware, egg yolk splattered all over the silverware holder, broken pizza cutter and can opener, master bathroom smelled strongly of urine, soap scum build up in both showers. I have photos of everything! We went to the store, bought cleaning supplies and came back to clean the room. So disappointing especially with the amount of money we spent for the week. I reached out via email and they did bring new comforters and new silverware. I asked for the barstools to be fixed so we all had somewhere to sit. That request was ignored. The cushions on the kitchen chairs along with the patio furniture desperately need cleaned or replaced. The floors were so gross we wore shoes the entire time. I would stay away from this unit until they decide to deep clean the unit and fix many of the conditional items. We’ve stayed at treasure island for years and have never experienced a condo of this filth. We didn’t go on vacation to clean and feel disgusted!

Love treasure island. Fantastic patio furniture. Condo was clean upon arrival and was able to check in an hour early. The screen to the balcony was torn loose at the bottom and side. There was no fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink. Would tent again.
