This is a very nice condo in a good building that has a great location. The condo is very nice for two people; if there are four, they had better be VERY friendly.
The condo is clean, pleasant, comfortable and has a great view. It has a great TV, great appliances, great bed, great black out curtains and very good sound attenuation windows (There is almost constant, but not objectionable, traffic noise.) that block out almost all sound.
It is walking distance (.7 mile) from downtown Park City, which you can reach by a very pleasant walking trail that has tunnels under streets and meanders beside a pleasant stream (Poison Creek sounds kind of ominous, doesn't it?). There are tennis/pickleball courts and a broad grass sports field within 300 yards of the condo. We played Smashball there almost every morning. There is a Fresh Foods market and Walgreen's within a quarter of a mile.
All in all, it was pretty much perfect for us and we stayed there for a month in August.
To be aware of:
1. Closet space is limited. There are two closets, one of which has a deadbolt on it. The other has a hanging rod and five shelves, however the shelves are crammed with all sorts of bedding (I lost count at 12 pillows). Fortunately, you can just throw some of that in the shower in the extra bathroom. There is a small chest of drawers.
2. There is something odd about the wi-fi. Generally, it worked just fine, but would not allow emails from our cell phone; we had to use data minutes.
3. If the directions you receive say to come south on 224 from I-80 and turn right at Deer Valley Road, DON'T BELIEVE THEM. You must turn left at that intersection, then left again at the first street, then immediately left into the parking lot of the condo. Also, the directions we got said we would get a text the morning of our arrival giving the entry codes; this was confusing as we had already received the codes. In any case, there never was any text.
4. Some of the cooking stuff could have been improved. There were lots of pots but almost no lids and there were no dishes like Corningware for microwaving left overs. There was no microwave plate cover, but we left one behind.
5. Cleaning supplies were somewhat in short supply. There was no Soft Scrub, among other things, and we left a bottle behind.
Suggestion: You might want to do what we did and buy a ROKU Express unit to take along.
We enjoyed our stay in Park City and the condo, and you will too.
