Next room was so loud with tv and laughing until 3 am , my kids could not sleep , worst night ever , reception so rude , said this is not your home !! I can’t make them quite !! Which is against local quite time and not true , they should be escorted out after 3 strikes , also they lied about valet parking fee , the guy told me outside tip only , which I did tip him , next morning they deducted me $25 from my deposit ! The room floor is so noisy too, and smell like mold . The only thing that was ok is the heated pool , over all very bad experience.

The beds would sink in to the middle when we would lay down. The room smelled like pool water. And there was roaches in the room and all the front desk said was that they can spray raid for the bugs so disgusting. Would not stay there again.

If you’re looking for a vintage vibe, go for it but be warned. The mattress has not be changed since 1996, extremely soft and lumpy they don't even provide standard size pillows and nor is there a comforter on the bed. Its like one of those cheap fuzzy throws from the dollar store in a zip lock bag in the closet, the doors of the closet was not even on the track. The elevator barley works. Also they charged me 25 dollars for parking with out telling me and 125 for accidentals which I did not even know about until I checked my account. Mind you most places have upgraded to liquid eco friendly soap what they provide is a dried out 1980s body bar soap. The room smelled like a Grandmom house we had to open up the balcony door and spray perfume for the inorder to sleep. Terrible experience, would never again book
