Quaint and comfortable
The house and beds were comfortable. Two beds in one room, one Bed in the master. All the appliances appeared to work. AC kept the house cool. We arrived well after sunset and had a little trouble locating the lock box due to how dark it was, but was able to text the host and received a prompt reply. There isn’t really any “storage space” for luggage, but we just piled everything in a corner to try to keep it out of the way. The table had to be moved in order for all of us to sit around it, but it wasn’t a huge ordeal. My only real concern was the house is right off the main road, and it can be difficult to ingress/egress the driveway. But with a little patience, traffic usually would space out enough to allow safe transitions. Host provided a wagon, umbrella, and chairs for beach use which was very helpful. Overall, it served our family of 6 well. There is a park close by as well as restaurants and a small convenience store.

Location, cute, and clean!
This comfortable house is in a perfect location on Pensacola Beach. It was furnished with all the needed amenities including items for the kitchen, linen for the bedrooms and bathrooms, and beach towels. We were able to walk over to the beach which is conveniently 2 blocks away and the house is located just a very short walk to some nearby restaurants, shops, and bars (if that is your thing). The rental is a clean 2 bedroom 2 bath home that is ground level with a very inviting adjacent patio area having a lot of pretty bamboo plants and tropical landscaping. Extra points are given for this house having no stairs to climb, being 1 block from a park for children to play in a play-ground (including a basketball court), and providing an outdoor shower. However, we did not need/use the outdoor shower as it was rented in January. Definitely would recommend this very affordable rental property to a couple or small family, as we are. Will rent here again the next time we are visiting this beach.

We would stay again in this property with my small family. It had everything we needed except an outside grill and wish the cooking/frying pans were not worn or old enough, nevertheless it had served its purpose. Short walk to beach access. Owner replies promptly to messages. Enjoyed the Blue Angels practice and airshow.

The overall stay was very nice, the owner was very communicative and helpful. The beds and showers are some of the nicest I’ve encountered, in a vacation rental. The house was just like the pictures, clean and plenty of amenities to make it homey. If I were ever to come back, I would probably stay there again. Very close to the beach and the access closest is handicap accessible. Very nice experience

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway!
Myself and 5 friends from all over the United States stayed at this cute little beach out. It had everything we needed! The new fridge was perfect for storing our grocery haul and all the appliances were in great condition. To our surprise, there was an outdoor shower that we took full advantage of with 6 guests, 3 showers total was a score! We appreciated the umbrella and camping/beach chairs to take with us to the beach. Plenty of couches/chairs in the entertainment room which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. No complaints at all!

Perfect little house

Best beach house ever!
This is my first rental from VRBO. We are very happy with our experience. This house is awesome. Location is perfect. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Owner was wonderful to deal with-very helpful and always available. Will definitely book again.

Super clean place just off the hustle and bustle of Pensacola beach. Easy walk to secluded beach close by or fairly short walk to the touristy beach area. Great stay and great hose, would stay again. The shower outside to rinse off sand is very clutch.

Loved It!
Perfect Pensacola Beach location, central to EVERYTHING! We walked to the gulf every morning with our coffee and we watched 4th of July fireworks over the bay (just behind the house. ) Beds are extremely comfortable, bathrooms both had double shower heads, kitchen had everything we needed, courtyard kept our bikes and surfboards safe, and the outside shower had hot water! This house offers all the little details that make an extremely comfortable stay. We will be back!

Nice beach home rental
Our family will definitely stay here again. This updated well-furnished home is the perfect size with 2 bed rooms and also 2 baths. Very clean. Walked to many shops, restaurants and the beach. Nice backyard patio and near-by park for the kids is less than 1 block away. This one floor home was super convenient without the need to climb stairs and owner was very helpful. Can not wait to return this summer.

This house was perfect for a fun beach vacation. The house was very clean and convenient!
This house was perfect for us as a couple. It was spotless clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The en suite master bedroom was very comfy and roomy. We did not even use the lovely second bedroom which was was lovely. The house was nicely decorated and the living room was great for watching movies and hanging out. My husband worked on the dining room table and the wifi was excellent. I enjoyed the private outdoor patio and the beach was a very short walk away. The house had plenty of beach chairs, towels, an umbrella - we had everything. The host made us feel so welcome and gave us lots of good local information. We would certainly stay there again and we recommend it.

Nice clean beach home
This beach house is in an ideal location 2 blocks from Pensacola Beach and a short distance to restaurants and shopping. The house was very clean, cozy as mentioned, and it was easy to get around the inside for my elderly mother. I was glad there were no stairs to climb and the backyard patio was a pleasant touch with pretty landscaping. It also was well supplied with towels and linens and had everything provided for cooking. I definitely recommend this house to others looking for a 2 bedroom!

Would stay again
This was a very cozy place to stay and a great location. It’s an easy walk across the street to the beach. The price was great compared to surrounding spots (although we went off season). TV had connections for Netflix, Hulu, etc. Enough parking for two vehicles. Lastly, it was easy to communicate with owner and directions/check-in is simple. Overall good stay and we would definitely come back in the summer as well.

Great Location and Value
We had a really nice time at this beach house. It was close by to businesses and we walked to breakfast one morning. The beach is easily accessed by walking across the street, even with the provided beach wagon. The house has upgraded kitchen appliances and remodeled bathrooms. We would stay again.
