Very clean! Convenient location if you’re going to watch the Penguins play (NHL) or anything around that arena. Acrisure Stadium is within walking distance as well! Staff was friendly!

Friendliest front desk staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel, loved the 24 hour front desk staff. Very clean, good to see housekeeping out and about all hours of the day. Love that they don’t allow door dash to go to rooms, not sure what that reason is but safety comes to my mind. Great decision! Comfortable beds and pillows.

I loved the walking distance from PPG Paints arena. I felt safe traveling to and from the Penguins game by myself. The staff were all kind. The internet was difficult to use in my room. I'm not a Bonvoy member and the public wifi rarely loaded properly.
