We loved our stay at Park Plaza Victoria. Best location, close to Central Station. Although it was in a very busy area, we never heard any noise from the street. The staff was super friendly. Clean room, but the lighting was a bit dim. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was very convenient and quiet despite being in the central area. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The only issues were at first it was hard to find the entrance, I had to step into the cafe below the sign that says Park Plaza Victoria to ask where the entrance was after walking around front for a bit. I was told to walk further where the construction area is and the entrance is in between, once I see the revolving door, I am at the right place. But the overall stay at this hotel was great, highly recommend staying here.

This property was super convenient to the train station and an easy walk to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful getting the luggage and checking in was a breeze. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the canals. This hotel had the best shower in Europe. Love this place and will definitely be back the next time I’m in town. A

A recently renovated hotel with good room layout. They offer an eco program to reduce laundry but this program may also reduce room cleaning and they will not replenish and coffee pods. The staffs are friendly and the location is superb.

It is good to close to the city center. But the front of the hotel is a bike lane which is very busy. I asked the front desk to give me more milk for coffee twice, once in person, once used the phone, but they didn’t deliver.

Comfy, clean and very central
Lovely clean hotel, staff are extremely friendly - especially the breakfast staff. Facilities are super clean. You won’t find a hotel more central than this. Rooms are extremely spacious and the bed is more comfy than my own at home!

The day manager, Susan, and security manager, Gerold (can’t remember the spelling of his name) were excellent. While in the hotel, I misplaced my bag containing my passport, US drivers license, credit cards, medical cards and money. By way of the security cameras in all of the common areas, they were able to find my bag. So thankful for the prompt and swift action.

I felt like it was a very average hotel. Very clean. The check in experience was horrible, they kept telling me when to come back for my room and it still wasn’t ready after the 4th time they provided. I also didn’t receive any VIP benefits despite vip access with Expedia. Getting to the rooms is quite confusing, you have to take one elevator up, then walk into another building and get another elevator. Everything was carpeted and hard to get luggage around. The location is great for travel via train, but otherwise is crawling with tourists and difficult to get Ubers.

The hotel and staff were friendly and assertive during our two night stay, the condition of the premises was very clean. It was a very relaxed environment with some vibrant features that set off the interior walls and decor. The spa and wellness was great,a place where you can escape the busy streets outside the hotel one thing i can say is they made my birthday special! Brought a card and bottle of wine on my birthday upto my room while i do not drink wine i thought it was a pleasant surprise and they looked after us during our stay would definitely stay again, the only thing i would suggest is be aware of your surroundings outside always stay clear of cyclists or you could cause accidents and do not go out after ten alone! The rating of the coffeeshops here:- i would not recommend certain coffeeshops as their is some that are more certified than others if you are a smoker stick to the old school brands and avoid the smaller coffeeshops so you are always safe and around others as for things to do and eat you are in the centre of everything even if you wanted to venture out of the centre to Rotterdam or The hague its only a short distance to the train station, boat cruises and trams. Be mindful of the cost of taxis as you can get overcharged if you do not ask around for cheaper prices the best way to make fun memories of course is to get out of your comfort zones and speak to the person next to you instead of being on your phones! The hotel has been renovating the outside 👌
