We had an issue with dry cat food pellets on the floor of our room. We reported the issue FOUR times and nothing was done - although one housekeeper insisted he cleaned our room (bringing fresh towels was his idea of cleaning a room-looked st the floor and said it didn’t need to be vacuumed that’s why it wasn’t done). No other rooms were available due to a sellout night for the Steelers game. The housekeeping manager finally came to assess the situation and was argumentative as well. I asked to speak to the general manager and told he was out and may or may not be able to call me. The one housekeeping girl who finally showed up was delightful as was the woman who checked us in. Otherwise, unimpressed.

Front desk was super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean besides the register vent up on the wall was dusty. The bartender named Angela was horrible. Close to the bar early was very rude. She told us we could order food and eat there so we ordered food with our friends and then when we got the food, she told us no we had to go to the lobby. Refused to serve us after midnight because she was closing the bar at 12:15. My husband went to get a beer and a water and she said she didn’t have change for a 20 so she was going to keep it as a tip. When he tried to order two beers instead, since there was no change, she told him he couldn’t do that.

Higher floors had little to no water pressure various times of our stay so toilets didn’t flush and no ability to shower or even brush your teeth at the sink… was told that was just the way it is… no apologies or consolation in any way

They didn’t have running WATER in the rooms for 2 days!!! I couldn’t take a shower and had to buy bottled water for brush my teeth and clean my body! They charged me the full price.

The staff was unbelievably attentive and friendly. location to restaurants within walking distance was fantastic. freezing out so we didn’t do much walking. comfy beds and very spacious rooms. would def stay here again this was a daughters/granddaughter’s trip for christmas

The price you pay at this hotel. I expected more especially on New years Eve night. My husband and I and another couple. Went to the bar at 12:05 am. We were told when we all checked in . The bar would be open till 2am for people that wanted to celebrate the New Years. We came back to our bar at the hotel we were staying . To celebrate. When we got there the bartenders were so rude to us . Told us they already worked 8 hours and we would have to find somewhere else to go . Never again paid to much.

The booking for the room was advertised as “executive suite, corner room, king bed”. When arriving to our room, we noticed that we did not receive a corner room. The description in the posting said that we would receive a corner room, which would be facing the riverside. Although our room was indeed an executive suite facing the river, and the room was very nice, we were under the impression that we would be staying in a corner room that had windows on two connecting walls. There was also a minor issue with the toilet seat in our room, it had to be decades old as it was turning into a yellow plastic color, and it was chipping. The water pressure was extremely low as we could not take showers or use the toilet — as it would not flush. I’m upset to give this hotel a low score as it is beautiful and stunning, but the posting was incorrect and misleading, the water was not working so we couldn’t use the toilet or take a shower, and the toilet seat was clearly very old and needed to be changed.
