Villa Pascol is an old country house more than 250 years old that has been recently renovated. The owners have managed to maintain many of its most traditional aspects, giving the property a unique character and charm. The most traditional and rustic atmosphere combined with some more modern accessories make Villa Pascol an ideal place to enjoy a very relaxing holiday.


The house has two floors. On the ground floor is the living room, very cozy due to its partially stone-lined walls, wooden beams on the ceiling, and terracotta tile floor.Also located here is the dining room (which has direct access to the rear terrace), the kitchen (equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven and dishwasher), and a shower room.

On the upper floor is the rest area. There are 3 rooms (2 double and 1 with two beds) that share a full bathroom.

Outside, apart from a truly charming environment, is the pool, which must be accessed by climbing some small stairs due to the elevation of the land. The pool is truly unique, as it is fed by a natural water source that comes from the mountain, while the surplus irrigates the nearby fields. Therefore, the water in the pool is completely natural and is constantly renewed.

Villa Pascol is ideal for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a place with truly spectacular views, and who at the same time want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas.
