Great Property!
Spectacular views from all ocean-facing windows. And there are a LOT of windows. House is super clean and stocked. Plenty of beach equipment in the garage. It is directly next to public parking and public beach access, so not quite as private as other properties on Ponte Vedra. Nonetheless, super enjoyable.

Perfect Family Getaway
Great family getaway to a beautiful property. Property was as advertised and can’t beat the views. Property manager was very responsive and check-in was seamless. I highly recommend for any type of group gathering. Watching the dolphins every morning was a nice bonus!

Great house great location
House is well appointed from kitchen to beach towels, chairs and toys. Multi level back yard was really nice and was great for those days not sitting on the beach. Parking is good. A few cons - ice maker didn't work. - no extra towels for showers. - a/c and fan in sun room didn't work. -there's a pullout bed in the sunroom but no sheets available, mattress didn't appear to be very comfortable and fortunately didn't need to use. -hammock appears to be broken and was stored under the porch. -need blinds for master bedroom. -no fan remote in master, no way to adjust speed. None of these are deal breakers just inconveniences.

Great Place To Stay
This is a great place! The place was very clean and comfortable. Everything on the listing was accurate from the stocked kitchen to the beach toys in garage. Beds were great as were the bathrooms, very clean, even the baseboards. Wonderful location, close to everything but not much traffic. Aunt Kates is about 3 miles down the road and I highly recommend eating there! Had to wait to get in a little bit, 10 people, but best food and service we experienced! We hope to be back again. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great house on the beach
We had children and grandchildren join us for a week at the beach. The house was very nice, modern kitchen, good bedrooms. The house was very clean and well kept up. The greatest asset was the beach is your back yard. I had several communications with the renter and she was very easy to work with. We all had a great week. We have been doing this “beach week” for about 17 years and this was one of the best.

Perfect Family Vacation
Such a fun, relaxing home. Eight family members from age 4-64 and we all enjoyed this vacation because of this home. Grilling, playing football on the beach, swimming in the ocean, or just relaxing on the decks. A stocked kitchen, laundry room, soaking tub in master bedroom also helped make the stay perfect. Oh and all the beach items supplied by the owners were a hit! Thank you for the best vacation ever! We will definitely be renting this again!

Great Birthday Celebration
Beautiful home with spectacular ocean views. Lots of attention to detail with upgraded furniture throughout. Bedrooms were perfect for three couples but the bunk room has no bath. The deck and comfortable furniture were enjoyed by all! And the fire pit was an added surprise! Thanks for a perfect vacation

Our overall impression? Wonderful! The house is beautiful, the decor is lovely, and the amenities were fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked; the bedding and towels were luxurious; the outside deck had plentiful chairs; even a hammock. The beach gear was great-chairs, towels, toys, paddle board, boogie boards, etc. We needed nothing except a working ice maker. And that wasn’t a big deal; we just purchased a bag of ice. We have rented several beachfront houses in South Ponte Vedra Beach, and this one was the best yet!

Fantastic Home
Overall the home was perfect. Just a few issues. Fire pit not working, ants in the food pantry, toilets should be updated, and there should be dimmer switches installed in the common areas to create that “perfect” evening. Aside from that, everything was PERFECT! The outside deck and furniture was supreme! Great house, 100% recommended!

Great beach spot
Updated house with amazing deck and terrace. Huge sliding glass doors offer panoramic ocean views. The beach outside was perfect for the kids to play in with very swimmable surf.

Wonderful House
This house was extremely clean. The checkin was seamless. All appliances worked perfectly-though the TV was tricky-not able to watch any live news shows, but did have Amazon Prime and Netflix. Wonderful couches, with plenty of room for all of us. The location is amazing - directly on the beach. There were a great selection of surfing boards, chairs and umbrellas for our use, that our grandkids loved. We enjoyed visiting the historic district of St. Augustine-about 20 minutes away, with fine restaurants. The house sits on A1A- quite close-but it did not bother us much-as our focus was on the beach side. Spending 3 weeks right on the beach was an amazing experience.
