Aloha ja tervetuloa yksi hienoimmista Lomakohteet maailmassa - Kauai.

Kamahana asunnot sijaitsevat näyttäviä North Shore Garden Island of Kauai. Tämä erittäin tilava ja yksityinen asunto on yli 1200 sq. Ft. Ja tuntuu enemmän kuin talon kuin huoneisto. Se on pohjakerroksessa ja on tavallista korkeat holvikatot ja kolme yksityistä Lanai. Tämä huoneisto on ainutlaatuinen, koska se on erillään muista. Ei ole yhteisiä seiniä alakerrassa ja vain yksi muu huoneisto yläpuolella. Tämä tarjoaa paljon yksityisyyttä.

Jotkut yötä saatat haluta jäädä niin on pelejä pelata perheen kanssa. Monet asiat haluat tehdä lomasta täysin nautittavaa ovat jo täällä. Langaton nopea internet-yhteys on myös käytettävissä.

Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on mukava king-size-vuode, jossa on kodikas alas lohduttaja. Kylpyhuoneessa on erittäin suuri valtava suihkukaappi. Vieraskylpyhuone on suihku ja kylpyamme.

Kamahana asunnot edessä 27-reikäinen Makai Golf Course tarjoaa kaukainen näkymät Kilauea Lighthouse ja Secret Beach. Syrjäinen uima-allas ja BBQ-alue ovat myös lähistöllä oman nautinnon.

Seikkailunhaluiset vieraat voivat halutessaan ottaa lyhyen kävelymatkan alas tiellä jännittävään vaellukseen sademetsän läpi. Sinua palkitaan upealla yksityisellä rannalla (Sealodge Beach), jossa voit nauttia metsästystä kuorista, etsiä vuorovesi-altaita, snorklausta tai vain rentoutua auringossa.

Large 2 Bedroom 2 Bath value unit in Princeville
Large 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in Kamahana condominium complex with large living room. Property management was very responsive in addressing concerns about the cleanliness of the unit. When we arrived the floors were very dirty so the property management company sent housekeeping over to thoroughly clean the floors. The living room and dining area is not well lit so that made it very difficult to read at night. The dining room lamp needs to be changed to provide more lighting for eating at the dining table. (Additional side lamps were provided.) While the unit is very large and the kitchen well-equipped with cooking utensils, it is not quiet with the windows and sliding doors open in the morning with the roosters up early or the neighbors above moving around. The value of the unit was a fairly good deal in comparison to other properties in the area which is why we had booked this unit.

While there were just the 2 of us, this property would work for 2 couples or a family. We enjoyed having the space. While this isn't a beach side property (and we knew that), it is a beautiful property with 2 nice outside lanais that we enjoyed sitting on enjoying a peaceful morning or nice evening. Kitchen had everything we needed. As well, there were chairs and an umbrella and some snorkeling equipment and beach toys in the closet which was very nice to have. We were there in October and the fans were enough to keep us comfortable. We loved the location. It was an easy drive to Hanalei Bay and of course, Princeville was right there. We didn't have any problems though I did call ahead of time with a couple questions and the service was great! We barely heard the neighbors above us and they were really nice. The chickens are part of life on the island and we enjoyed watching them! I highly recommend this place.

The property advertised being a 10 minute walk to the beach but there is NO access to a beach. The property size is great and there was beach items available in a closet to use but no beach nearby. The property’s carpet was damp when we arrived and by the 3rd day mushrooms and black mold was growing out of the carpet. There is no air conditioner so it was always very hot in the condo. The rental agency did provide fans but it was difficult to sleep. Thankfully the fans did block some of the Rooster noise that was 24/7. The rental company did move us to another unit once they were aware of the mold and mushrooms.

Good location
We liked the size and outdoor space. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was a very short walk. There was plenty of detergent, soap, paper products and towels. The closet had an assortment of excellent beach gear and even hiking poles. There's no a/c, just fans. I was fine with windows open, but my husband was hot. We did see a few beetle/roach? -like insects. I suppose those are hard to avoid on a ground floor near other homes with doors and windows open all the time. Overall, it was a good experience.

Beatiful condo on the Makai Golf Course. Great location for day trips around Princeville area. A day at Hanalei Bay is a must. Be sure to go to Kilauea Market + Cafe for best Poke Bowl lunch. Neighbors were very friendly and gave us ideas for daytime adventures.

Amazing, professionally managed property
We had a lovely stay in Kauai, in no small part thanks to our great accommodations! The property is professionally managed and it shows. Everything was immaculate, checking in and out was easy, there were no crazy "do the rain dance at check out" instructions. The apartment feels like home and the back patio is excellent. There is no AC, but a bunch of fans and open windows are enough. Some reviews talk about chickens -- they are the only downside for those who like sleeping in. We are early risers so for us, they were delightful and fun neighbors. Next time we are in Princeville, we're going to be hard pressed not to come back!

A wonderful Hawaiian atmosphere.
We really enjoyed our stay. The decor made gave it a wonderful Hawaiian feeling. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Great location. Close to beaches and shopping. We loved it!! Hope to stay there again.

Loved the condo. Could have packed less thanks to washer and dryer. No AC, and really not needed, but something to consider for those with allergies. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Only problem to note is lanai was unusable because of wild chicken droppings on cushions (ground floor). Sounds like they're trying to get them removed from property, however.

girls vacation
My best friend and I try to take a vacation together once a year and she had never been to Hawaii so, I started researching and found this place. It fit all our wants and needs. Both our husbands have passed so, we enjoy our travels together. I moved to California and she is in Colorado so, our trips together are a lot of catch up. This place was beautiful and was perfect for our girls getaway.

This unit was spacious, quiet (on the end of the complex) and clean. Great ventilation and felt safe. Not surprised - based on price - but it is definitely a little tired. In particular the kitchen could use an update. The photos are its best side. Well- provisioned and everything worked.
