The private beach was dirty, it seem no body clean the beach area. Bed sheets are smelly! It was a big disappointment.

Friendly staff and very clean rooms. House cleaning service cleaned everyday. Food was average for a resort. Our biggest disappointment was the beach as there were constant sales vendors harrassing us about buying excursions or receiving massages etc. Someone even put a lizard on my boyfriend who was lounging in his chair minding his own business and took his phone to take pics of him and proceeded to ask for 30 usd. The water was also full of seaweed and garbage which made us not want to go swimming. We spent most of our time at the pools, which were very nice and relaxing.

The pool closed at 8 . You had to make an appointment for the hot tub . They had Bingo by the pool everyday ..smh ..Friendly staff …This was not the adult only vibe I was expecting . It was a lot of senior citizen type vibe . It seemed liked they catered tot he older grouping

Food Service was great, however customer service from the front desk was terrible. They were never on time for anything, at least 1-2 hours late. Our first room bed smelled like pee, changed to our 2nd room. Our 2nd room AC went as low as 24degrees C. We were dying of the heat and couldn't sleep. We requested for a room that AC would go down to atleast 18-20 degrees C. The front desk were adamant that their AC Standard settings only go down to 24 Degrees C....!?? What resort has an AC standard default setting that only goes as low as 24 Degrees Only?!! WE had 2 other friends rooms that went down to 18 Degrees C. Resort sent us to our 3rd room, which the AC went down to approx 22 Degrees after waiting 3 hours all packed up and sitting there waiting. Finally got our room at 11pm. I would not recommend this resort. Their Customer service and accommodation are not great. Im Surprised they are rated at 4.7 stars. I give it 3 stars at most, based on customer service.

I stayed in the privilege duplex room is nice however the tv in the bedroom did not work and the air conditioning did not work either. I notified the hotel at least 3-4 times a day about the problem. Some of the hotel employees were rude about the initial call and some said they would send someone to fix however nobody ever showed.
