Very clean and quiet place to stay. The city center is a 15-20 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast is included in the price and the restaurant is located 3 min walk from the hotel. Parking is within the property and has 1 CCS charger for your EV. 4/5 only because parking is not included in the price and it is 17$/day (Hotel description doesn't have this information on Expedia)

We chose this hotel because of good reviews, proximity to Musée des beaux arts, and availability of electric car charging. It was a great choice.

Quaint property that is in a great location. Bed was really comfortable. It is a century building so lacking some modern conveniences. No micro wave or coffee maker and no longer serve.breakfast. provide a certificate for a coffee and pastry across the street.

I enjoyed my 4-night solo stay at Charles-Alexandre. The Staff are supportive and responsive. Breakfast options were limited, maybe they could include some eggs, cereal and fresh fruit on the weekends. The mattress was in good shape and I was able to sleep restfully.

The air conditioning did not work and the room was quite small with hardly any amenities. We had to open the windows to cool off and it faced on to a very noisy street.

Love the place location. Bad thing I had to go up 30 steps with a bad knee. So make sure to request main floor rooms. Also rooms are clean and towels are change every 3 days so keep that in mind. Breakfast was ok . European style so sweets and toast . Location was amazing you can walk everywhere from there and in case of rain the bus stop is across the street to go to the mall

My favourite thing about this property was the staff. Monica & Fatima at the front desk went above & beyond to help with suggestions for sightseeing. I ran into problems with a tour I had planned & Monica suggested ways to still see the city. Thank you, girls!

Check out the meeting room on the first floor. It’s amazing you can enjoy poutine with Mona Lisa. I truly believe this piece is the real one. The one in louvre is a fake one.
