The room was perfect location for the theatres, this is why I booked it. Literally 5/10 mins from prince Edward theatre. The breakfast was good and an affordable price too. The pillows however, were really uncomfy, I kept waking up with pain in my ear because they were so flat! Also there was a spring coming out of the mattress that scratched my mum 3 times when she got out of bed. Whenever we turned the tap on the pipes/boiler made a loud noise too. Definitely needs a little tlc but fine for one night stay.

Great location
The hotel is in a fantasic location, steps away from leicester square and trafalger square, as well as the tube. Considering the location, the room was fairly quiet and we didnt struggle to sleep which was great considering it was NYE and so busy. We had a couple of minor issues in the room - flicerking light above the sink and a screw hanging out of the door handle but nothing major that affected us. The only thing i felt was the carpet was in need of a deep clean and just felt a little musty but again, wasnt major. For the convenient location, we would definitely stay again in the future. The FOH staff were all lovely

What a blast. I spent the week before Thanksgiving in the center of London and was able to access legitimately everything from Manchester to Westminster and beyond, all by the Underground station right across the street. The room, though tiny, was perfect for a solo traveler...safe, clean, stylish and surprisingly quiet given it's smack in the center of everything. Oh, and the staff was awesome! Seeing them as I came and went became a favorite part of the trip.

Good for a short trip
Stayed at this hotel solo for my first time in London and overall was pretty good! Location was incredible and room was quite small, but was fine for 2 nights. There isn’t really a hotel lobby and people constantly in and out, including going to the rooftop. As long as you’re not spending a whole lot of time there, then you will be fine but was missing some basic stuff like room service and only had a combo body wash/shampoo so that was a bit annoying..

Great location, perfect for the cost.
I have stayed here two years in a row. The location is very central in the middle of everything and easily walkable. The rooms are nice and updated. The staff was friendly. My only concern is that the room was very cold and was hard to get it warm enough for my American blood. In fairness, I didn't say anything and they probably could have helped if I did. Overall I would reccomend.
