Pull up to find absolutely no parking in the entire parking lot. There was no valet service to park our car. There were youth in the lobby carrying what looked like a toy shot gun, people kissing and groping each other in the lobby. The greeter at the front desk offered no support with parking nor luggage, she was very difficult to understand through her very strong accent and was very unfriendly to deal with. The lobby was muddy, dirty and smelt of cigarette smoke. What a disgusting hotel.

Extremely dated.
Front desk staff are very helpful and kind. Outside the hotel looks nice, fresh renovations. We stayed in a corner suite, which unfortunately was extremely dated, leaky tub faucet, extremely cold in the bedroom but there was a plug in space heater. For the price of the room it was a waste.

Nice place to stay
We stayed here for my husband's birthday. They had a bottle of champagne and treats in the room forest. Beds are comfy. We always ask for a room above the 7th floor for a better view, they accommodated.

The room had an unbearable stench, by the time I got back up to my room later in the evening is was too late and I was too tired to switch rooms. The entire floor had a foul smell, and my room was even worse. Aside from that, the property is nice
