Broken closet door handle. TV unplugged because not enough plugs for microwave, TV and refrigerator. Broken faucet in bathroom sink. Dusty furniture. Rude staff at check-in.

I don’t advice any one to stay there First night was cold and I had to suffer because they dont have any maintainance Next day they gave another room with no phone , broken coffe machine, broken fridge I called the front desk to tell her abou these problems , she hanged up on me Finally they sent the maintainance just to change the fridge. My day was fine but this evening December 8, 2024 at approximately around 8 or 9 PM the person that was working the front desk was very unprofessional very disrespectful. I had an issue with her dealing with two beverages I brought, but as I hand her my money, I expect the same courtesy when someone gives me my money back when I give it to you on your hand, you give it back to me in mine not put my money on the counter. That’s very disrespectful and unprofessional so I asked for the manager. The young lady told me but first we got to dispute where I asked her to give me my money back and give it to me in my hand and then I asked for the manager. She told me she don’t give the managers personal number to the guest that’s OK but then I asked her for the corporate number and she sat back in the chair and made like I wasn’t even in front of her. I stood there for a few more minutes or a few more seconds to say and I asked her again ma’am may I have the corporate number because I’m not gonna tolerate this from no one, especially being rude and unprofessional so the manager came downstairs, she told the manager her side story and I told the manager my side of the story, but she gonna be on the phone telling the manager she want meput off the premises because of her respectfulness and her unprofessionalism. I’m the one that’s wrong. She has a job to do and she’s supposed to cage to the guest. I’m not saying go out of your way, but how she handled the situation was very unprofessiona

Hotel Needs Improvements
Registration staff was excellent . The hotel had several dirty areas . Our hallway had trash on the floor and was not cleaned up from Friday to Sunday . The door to the elevator room was propped open with a bucket our entire stay . The sofa in our room was also worn and very dirty. The breakfast bar was good but very crowded and they couldn’t keep up with having food available. The hotel is in a good location to Innsbrook and Short Pump .

Sold my hotel room and the elevator was broken and random people walked up to my vehicle and opened my back door with my kids inside. Guest at the hotel fussing about the noise to the guest service worker

Front desk staff not friendly and unconcerned. Bed was comfortable but on elevator wall tile loose and juice machine broken. The breakfast attendant was friendly, but Would not stay again at this one. Questioned cleanliness! But was the cheapest at time so got what I paid for.

Do NOT stay here unless you want dirty, unkept rooms. The hotel smells like weed as well! I have stayed at many Comfort Suites - this is terrible! I am working on getting a refund and would have found a different hotel tonight if not for my large family and how late it is.

Room need a good cleaning and updating. There were no hooks in the bathroom for hanging your towels. The shower curtain was falling down and there was mold in the shower corners. The room entry door was getting stuck and not closing properly.

Everything, and I mean everything was outdated. In our first room we checked under the mattress, as is a must in this day and age, and found two small live bugs. Ketchup packets between the headboard and mattress. We complained and were given a suite, full kitchen, frig, microwave, separate bedroom, jacuzzi tub, the works. No bugs this time but the rest of the room was totally outdated. Torn curtains with stains, lever hardware on doors that didn't match in size OR finish. Closet doors that had just been ripped down from larger doors. The room door had been broken and rehung improperly. This is a fire door and was in no way fire safe any longer. Bathroom in bad shape, shower stunk and leaked all over the floor. Exhaust vent, completely covered in dust. Some of the kitchen cabinets were missing pulls. Breakfast, minimal but free. One elevator broken for months after seeing another post about this hotel. The elevator that was working last had an inspection in 2022!!! We were recommended this hotel by our sports league travel agency. Huge mistake, half our team checked out after seeing their rooms. So much for staying together as a team. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Filthy, run down and shady looking employees.

The room we stayed in the first night was clean, except the bathroom and shower had mold everywhere, I have pictures. The Manager gave us a different room the second night and told us she would comp that night, but we have to contact you to get a refund. We also asked about pet-free rooms and she said pets were only allowed on the first floor, which was a lie! There were dogs on the third and fifth floor as well. I would not stay there again because I don' appreciate being lied to regarding the accommodations and I don't understand how a bathroom could have so much mold and no one with authority knew about it.

Room was very clean. . Decent hot breakfast. Liked having sofa/sitting area. Comfortable bed. One lamp didn’t work and wires sticking out in one wall, but overall, good room and value. Close to shopping and dining.
