"A pleasant stay but the service was unpolite from 2 different receptionists. Maybe there was a language barrier or non-german customers were not allowed here. I would have expected better service. The pool area was quite small but renovated. The gym was also small but functional. Rooms were spacious. Some problems with getting cold drinking water from the water tap. Overall I would recommend the hotel."
