Very close to train, very walkable. Plenty of options for hop-on hop-off buses if that is your thing. Good restaurant options nearby. The is a lot of street noise in the day but not bad at night. Only fault was bad shower design in an otherwise nicely updated bathroom.

To see Rome, you should plan on walking a lot. This hotel is located a convenient walk to the Roman Forum and Colosseum. Trevi Fountain is an equal distance as well. Vatican City is about 35 minutes walk. Despite the hotel being located on a main road, the rooms are quiet. The included breakfast is very delicious. My family and I looked forward to eating it each day.

Great location
Lovely hotel in a great location for sightseeing. We were greeted on arrival and provided with local information including some restaurant recommendations which were useful. Our family room was very large, well equipped and cleaned daily. There was some city noise in the evenings but it didn’t affect our sleep and earplugs were provided. Breakfast was good with delicious fresh croissants. Would stay here again.

The website for this place is a little misleading. It's actually a bunch of accommodations/hotel companies all in one building so finding ours was a touch tricky. There is an elevator in the building but you still have to navigate a long stone path and then a flight of stairs to get to the elevator so it's not good for the disabled. But the front desk staff were VERY helpful and aided in getting our bags up and down. The room wasn't large and we were supposed to have two beds and just got one large one but we managed. We appreciated the cleanliness, the amenities, and the staff. Also fair value for the money and it's within walking distance of several things including Termini station and Mercato Centrale. But if you have heavy luggage you will still want a taxi from the train to the hotel due to the streets.

Very recommendable hotel in greater Termini area
A very recommendable hotel in the greater vicinity of Roma Termini station near the Piazza della Repubblica (Metro A line). The hotel is on the first floor of an old palazzo that was restored in the 1930's, the hotel though is modern. The receptionists were very friendly, helpful, and efficient when I had some problems with the keys and the safe in the room. The room was spacious, as Roman hotels go, with a nice bathroom and a street noise blocking window. There was a small fridge in the room and an electric kettle to make coffee or tea. The breakfast was buffet style with a variety of items for an Italian or continental breakfast. I enjoyed my one-night stay very much.

Really appreciated the kindness and help of the staff and the room met the needs for being the heart of the city, great dining options nearby, economical, clean, and easy stay. The only challenge was the signage, there are a few buildings off of an internal courtyard... They are straight ahead to the left. Really appreciated this stay

Staff is very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Can’t beat location. 10 minute walk to Termini, 12 minute walk to Trevi Fountain, 5 minute walk to Metro station and from there you can get to anywhere in Rome including the Vatican which is only 5 stops from closets Metro Station. Markets close by to stock your fridge, good breakfast included, Great coffee and pastries. Wifi was a bit spotty but nothing you couldn’t work around. Could update TV’s since there is no other amenities so I imagine on a rainy day at least a way to connect your streaming services would be a great addition, you can always bring a Roku or Firestick for that effect. Remember to sign up for a VPN to access other countries programing from Europe. Make sure you bring a small portable steamer if you want to steam some clothes. Pack comfortable shoes and explore Rome. Staff is very helpful and can recommend great restaurants and amenities. Would definitely stay here again and maybe book one of there biggest rooms.

It was a lovely stay. The staff were all very helpful. The shower could do with upgrading to something abit more modern as it’s just a facet in the wall I like a removable one or with better flow. But that’s my preference. M y hair dryer didn’t work but the staff provided me with one that did when asked. Ear plugs provided on a station. Breakfast was lovely continental style to choose from and the apricot croissant was delicious and warm. Fresh made coffees / teas provided by the lady.
