I reserved an expensive room for one night and they had no self parking or valet parking it was completely full and i had to park in paid parking over night and walk in the cold to the lobby and it was almost $40 to park. And on top of all of that they took the cleaning deposit for no reason. The room was entirely clean when i left it and i got no explanation for why the deposit was never returned. The only upside to my stay was room service was friendly.

Great stay, minus the cleaning service.
We love the Little America. It was a lovely stay. My only complaint is that the cleaning service arrived at 8:00am and woke us up by entering our room. They came to our room two more times after that, totaling three times, before checkout, and each time they just entered our room. That was somewhat frustrating.

Overall very nice and enjoyable. Sadly though we kept having to go out of our way to ask for refill items such as new towels or toilet paper. We have a family of five and were there for a week so we did end up needing refills on toilet paper and new towels. But the staff was great and cooperative and welcoming!!

The staff here is amazing. It is a first-class hotel, very clean, with all the amenities you would want for a good hotel. This was my first time in Salt Lake City, and I must say I was very impressed, starting with my stay at Little America.

Front desk was friendly, informative and quick turntable. Valet is nice, but we did not have to use it because we found a good parking spot. Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed, nice big spacious bathroom with a double sink. Hot tubs were nice but not super hot and the pool area was very crowded. Very nice gym, and nice bar to have a drink or glass of wine. Bartender was rude and service was not great but overall, the hotel was awesome.
