I saw a lady literally cleaning the blinds right next to all the food during breakfast today. Right afterwards, she wiped down a table, then walked over to the far side of the dining room to continue to wipe down all thw blinds. I was just flabbergasted that she chose this time to wipe down the blinds while the food is out & people are trying to eat... just amazing to me what people think ia ok to do! DISGUSTING! I'm just just glad i was sitting by her & had already gotten my food!

We booked this property for the water slide. We have 5 children, between ages 2-13, and they were excited for the water slide. The slide was closed. So was the hot tub. Extremely disappointed. We weren’t aware the slide is only open on the weekends. Expedia didn’t mention that at all in the booking. Very disappointed. We would not have stayed there had we known the slide wasn’t operating.

Great family hotel! Highly Recommend!
Perfect! The king bed suite gave plenty of privacy for everyone. Clean rooms! Complimentary breakfast let us fill up for the day and save a little money by not eating out for breakfast. Grins and Fins pool was a hit for the kids as well!

We stay here often and return for a reason. However, our most recent stay was fairly disappointing. The staff at check in was rude. I stood in the lobby for 8 minutes before she came waltzing down the hall in slippers. Was inconvenienced by me for sure. I also didn’t appreciate that there wasn’t anywhere for us to fill our wagers except a drinking fountain by the pool. We’ve always used the water on the coke machine in the breakfast area and they wouldn’t let us this time. We pay a lot of money for the room and we were only asking for water. We will stay again because we’ve had more positive than negative experiences, but I’m hoping our next stay is better.

I was not told to put the parking voucher in the dash of my car. I was in a panic the next morning when i found it in my purse and read it. I immediately called the front desk and the said very nonchalantly,my car will be towed!!

Front staff not too friendly and when we left, didn't even ask about our stay, Hotel was just average except for the cleaning staff, which were friendly and helpful. Lobby had trash on the floor. We will not return.
