Not a good option

Super dirty and broken down in the room, cigarettes found in a non-smoking room. Uncomfortable beds and sheets with hairs in them. My non-smoking room smelled so thickly of smoke I had to be moved. Second room was just as bad as the first with the exception of the smoke smell. Lots of homeless and drug dealers. One of the worst properties I’ve ever stayed in.

Property seemed dirty, bed had cigarette burns and was dirty under the sheets. The "king" bed was literally just a pull out bed or couch bed extended. They charge an insane amount and take advantage of people wanting to go party and have fun. Not staying here again.

For the price, over $500 for 2 nights because of a nearby music festival, this place is an overpriced, roach infested nightmare. The bed sheets had cigarette burns and as I mentioned, roach friends crawling out from every which way. Pretty disappointed but not surprised being it was a Motel 6.

Great for events at NOS center

Everything was great honestly, the room did smell like cigs when I got there but it’s also a smoking room so I get it. Perfect for events at the NOS center and don’t worry, no bed bugs.

Do not book here for a festival/ concert.

They couldn’t find our reservation because they overbooked the hotel. At check out, they mistakenly gave the cash deposit back to someone else without even double checking to ensure they were giving it to the correct person. The entire staff seems flustered and not well trained. Never coming back again.

Check in @ 3PM (NO Early Check in). Arrived @ 3 & there’s a line going out the door full of ppl! Once my Turn @ 3:15 they told me my ROOM WAS NOT READY! Made me wait for another Hour! There was a Dead Spider on Wall/ Restroom w/ Mold! Upon Check Out They tried Charging Ne for 2 Days (only booked 1)! They Couldn’t Even Find My Name on System! WORST EXPERIENCE!!
