This resort was absolutely beautiful and we had a great time. We loved the pool and the beach and the staff was very helpful and we would stay there again. In regard to the dining options, we were unable to get into any of the restaurants except for the sports bar. Not sure if that's because it was a holiday week but there were zero openings at any of the restaurants for the entire week so I would suggest to plan ahead and check on getting reservations before you arrive if you want to dine at some of restaurants on site. That said, the food and drinks are on the pricier side; plan on about $20/drink once you add in the taxes, gratuities and resort fees.

The property is beautiful and clean. The service at the restaurants is very slow and overly expensive. Tennis courts are marginal, people leave trash on the courts. I would not return to Puerto Rico; too many abandoned buildings, trash and things not as advertised.

Amazing stay!
Really awesome hotel! 3 beautiful pools, right on the beach. Lots of kids activities(there's a playground), rooms are really nice and 4 great restaurants. Beautiful ambiance. Highly recommend!

Phone in our room never worked properly. Dining options were great once 5pm rolled around. Need to step up the toilet tissue for your resort as that was a sad one ply disaster. Bright spot was your staff at the Martini Bar. The staff went above and beyond for guests.

So let's go with the positives first. Beautiful property. Nice and green beautiful actually on a huge acreage. But I was expecting a five-star hotel so things missing hot tub and a Jacuzzi that was only available inside a gym not by the pools for people to enjoy it. Usually in resorts that's a standard. Second, I had to pay for parking. That's ridiculous. Also, the beach was nice but not as beautiful as neighboring beaches in the same vicinity. We were there around the Christmas holidays. There were no activities or any other way of creating fun. That's generally how certain resorts or good resorts do it.

Overall it was a nice hotel but lacking 5 star quality. We felt like it was a little too busy. Unfortunately all the restaurants were reservation only and there was no availability. We came to golf and go to the spa but there was no availability there either. We were mostly limited to the pool but spots were reserved by early am on most days so it was impossible to get a lounge chair. Service and staff were friendly and concierge was very helpful. If we decide to come back it will depend on our ability to book activities on the resort.

The hotel is beautiful; a large property with plenty of family activities.The location, directly on the ocean with the rainforest in the distance, was stunning! However, it is a $75 Uber ride from Old San Juan. It was difficult to get a decent meal, as the resort was crowded and without a prior reservation, you cannot get into the 2 nice restaurants. We ate a lot of bar food and room service, so I recommend making reservations before you go.
