I keep coming back because for the most part I’m pleased with The Best Western hotel. Their restaurant was awful!! I said no mayonnaise on my turkey sandwich and every piece of bread was full of it. I even asked the lady who took the order. She said no mayo. I ordered ice cream and description was chocolate or vanilla. It had syrup. When I started to complaint about it, was told that’s the way it comes. They offered to replaced sandwich but didn’t trust them by then. HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE!!!

I'm giving it 2 stars due to very thin walls could hear beds creaking in rooms next to us, people talking, children crying, and doors opening and closing, no fan in bathroom-very stuffy quick, coffee machine in lobby broke down one night, the pool & hot tub are super tiny, and beds are ok comfort wise but super thin sheets. The door would not shut behind you automatically as most hotels do; you had to double-check it closed before walking away. On the plus side it was clean and decent mattress comfort. The water pressure in shower was good but it only had a detachable shower head, not one that would stay in place. Staff was somewhat friendly but did not go out of their way to accommodate you either. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.
