Ehdottomasti paras kuilu-edessä condo Seagrove. Astu ulos parvekkeelle ja aseta muutaman askeleen päässä hiekkaan. Tämä kaunis, hyvin hoidettu rantahotelli tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa rentoutua ryhmänä tai nauttia rauhallisesta ajasta, kun menetät aaltoon ikkunan ulkopuolella. Tämä huoneisto on varustettu Beach Serviceilla maaliskuusta lokakuuhun, johon kuuluu 2 tuolia ja 1 sateenvarjo, joka on päivittäin perustettu rannan hoitajan käyttöön omaan käyttöönsi ilman lisäkustannuksia!

Tämä on kolmen hengen vuode, 3 kylpyhuonetta, toisessa kerroksessa huoneisto, joka nukkuu 8. Siinä on tilava master-sviitti, jossa on mukava king-vuode. Suuressa ylellisessä kylpyhuoneessa on kaksi kylpyhuonetta, erillinen suihku ja puutarha-amme. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on mukava queen-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi kerrossänkyä (1 twin yli kahden hengen, 1 twin yli kuningatar). Kylpy on saatavilla suoraan ja toimii myös vieraan kylpyamme. Olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö ovat avoinna upeilla näkymillä kauniille Emerald Coastille kaikkialla, missä käännyt. Tämä monimutkainen on aidatulla, jotta muut saisivat yli rantavaltion täynnä. Monimutkainen sijaitsee kätevästi paljon kauppoja ja ravintoloita, mutta ei kaaokseen kaikesta. Jos etsit todella hyvää lomaa, et voi mennä pieleen.

This condo is beautiful & the large balcony was wonderful. You cannot get any closer to the beach. Stunning views from inside with all of the windows. But there were 2 issues: the toilet in the hall bathroom had dried “stuff” in it. Which was not good. The second issue was that there is a loud almost something turning on & running loudly noise 24/7. It comes on every 40 seconds & makes the sound for 10 seconds. It is very loud in the queen bedroom & the master bedroom & bathroom. Making it very difficult to sleep. Due to this I cannot give a 5 star rating.

Lovely place but not well managed
The property was well appointed and the view and proximity to the beach spectacular. Our only issue with the condo itself was the guest queen room. There was a clicking/swooshing noise that clicked on and off throughout the night, so much so that my daughter & son-in-law had to sleep in the twin bunk room. Also, there was no beach chair umbrella service. I reached out to the office and it took two days/ three tries to get a response. I was told by the person who answered that Spyglass had stopped service mid-October without telling them, that she had been working on finding a replacement service and that someone would be out early the next morning to set up for us…and that we would receive a $100 credit (maybe that will happen today?) The next day just before 11am the property manager showed up with two folding chairs at our front door and no umbrella…and he never apologized or tried to make the situation right…he just blamed Spyglass and went on his way. All that said, it was a lovely place, just not well managed.

Perfect Place to Stay
Really enjoyed staying at the condo! The location of it on the beach along with the private beach and chairs was incredible. Will be staying here every time we come to Santa Rosa Beach! The property managers went above and beyond to help when we needed it (wasn’t much) and even worked with us at check in! Penny was a big help each time I called.

I loved everything about this place. It was immaculate, decorated very well. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked with any dishes/appliances you could need. The location was beautiful. My husband and I had to work so this house worked out perfectly as we could keep an eye on the kids from the balcony while working. We will be renting this place again in the future. We were a total of 6 people, we stayed there for a week and the only thing I would have liked is to get a heads up on what is available in the house and what is not. Example: There were no spices, oil, only 1 kitchen towel, no laundry detergent, only 2 pods for dishwasher, 1 small bar of soap and small quantities of shampoo and conditioners etc.

Great stay, great location!
Our group of 2 families had a great stay at this condo. The access to the beach is unbeatable. Don't plan to bring a wagon on account of the stairs, but it's a quick and easy walk even with young children from the balcony to the beach. There were toys and an umbrella in the closet, which was a pleasant surprise. There were ample bathrooms and space for everyone. We would love to, and plan to, stay here again for future trips.

We love the property location..... we ALL sit on the deck with it's glorious view of the ocean. We cook in most nights because very few restaurants have a view that can compare! The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking for 8! Our only issue was the queen mattress in the bunk room needs replaced! Our 16 year old Granddaughter ended up sleeping on the living room sofa because the mattress sunk in the middle!! We all had a wonderful time and plan to come back next year....if the mattress is replaced!

SO CONVENIENT TO THE BEACH
This property was extremely clean and exactly as described in the listing. The steps right down to the beach were amazing! We were able to run back in for a restroom and/or lunch break! The location was right in between Rosemary and Seaside. The only drawback for us was that we wished it was within walking distance to more restaurants. Overall, great experience!

This was the absolute perfect place for our family beach trip. Right on the beach, not crowded, chair set up every day. The private beach is a huge plus! I hate a crowded beach! Everything was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!
