Parasta tässä kodissa on LOCATION. Hyvin keskeinen kaikille Sarasotalle. Tämä koti on oma sisäänkäynti, ulkona grilli, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, kaksi suurta taulutelevisiot ja täysin varusteltu keittiö. Mukavat sängyt, ihanan sisustettu, erittäin lapsiystävällinen huonekalu, ei lasia. Tons of Eateries, Päivittäistavarakaupat, CineBistro-elokuvateatteri, LA Fitness ja kaikki mitä tarvitset kaiken kävelyetäisyydellä. 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Siesta Keyn rannalta tai Downtown Sarasota.

The only complaint I would have would be that there were only four parking spots. One spot is all I needed. And every time I left and came back, there would be trash cans, parked right in my parking spot so when I would come, I would have to get out of my car and move the trash cans just to be able to pull in. This happened on multiple occasions. Someone kept putting those garbage cans in the spot so that I could not park. And for most of the time, all four parking spots were taking when I arrived again. I would have to get out of my car just to move the trash cans over so I could park.

Cute and cozy
We enjoyed our stay, the location was great and the home was very clean and cozy ! We were however surprised to see upon arrival it was a duplex style… not sure what they call that in Florida. Luckily we didn’t have neighboring guests until our last night. We were looking for something a little more private because we had two screaming girls 1 and 2 years old that don’t know how to use inside voices yet... Overall it was a very nice home and had all the amenities. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making our first family vacation memorable !

Mark was an amazing host! He provided a great book full of suggestions for restaurants, attractions, about beaches and shopping areas This cozy VRBO offered a comfortable living space, a quiet neighborhood that was so close to everything Sarasota, Siesta Key, Venice and so many beaches.

Absolutely fantastic
Our stay i Sarasota was wonderful. The space was immaculate and we had no difficulty accessing our place. The instructions were clear and communicating with owners was easy and they were very responsive to our questions. The place was near to where I was swimming and also near to restaurants and shopping The bed was so comfortable. There was no noise in the neighborhood. Highly recommended and we will certainly try to stay there on our next trip to Sarasota

Perfection!
Amazing from start to finish. Excellent property with every amenity needed! One grocery stop after landing and our vacation began. Less packing needed because of the washer/dryer. Less meals out due to full kitchen. All of the comforts of home!

This apartment was as described, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable which is so important. We loved the washer and dryer convenience and the central air was always cool. We were so close to everything. NThe apartment is centrally located to Siesta Key beach and downtown Sarasota. Everything was within 10-15 minutes away. The trees outside provide some shade on the patio which was comfortable later in the afternoon after a day at the beach. You can rent umbrella’s and chairs at Siesta Key after 9:30am. Some restaurants that are a must, Owens Fish Camp has a fantastic menu, super casual Casa Mesa for the best soft tacos anywhere. The best Italian food we found to be Bevardis Salute in downtown Sarasota order the fried calamari appetizer and lasagna entree. If you love going to the gym while you are vacationing EOS fitness is 5 minutes away. We absolutely love Sarasota!

Central location
We enjoyed our time here. The location was wonderfully central for exploring the Sarasota area. I loved being able to walk to Trader Joe’s (and enjoying the neighborhood roaming domesticated bunnies!) Note that this is a duplex, but we weren’t bothered by our neighbors noise, and the front patio does feel private due to the nice landscaping. There’s no backyard to speak of. Believe the hype about the beauty of Siesta Key beach, but also be aware of the shortage of beach access parking. We just made sure to get to the beach by 9:30 every day to make sure we had parking (just barely!). Very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Cottage on Liberty
Smaller then we're used to but it worked out just fine. Our 3rd year in this area. We found we were really close to Siesta Key. We found lots of new resturants. Our favorites were Walt's fish market, Napule , Tripple tail. Going south into Venice, we often go to Pop's. We are renting here again next year.

Great Location!
Very clean, good size for two people, walkable to Trader Joe's, Macy's, Publix, Lox & Bagel Restaurant, Walt's Fish Market and Restaurant and Walgreens. Kitchen had just about what the average person would need, although we would have like a couple more glasses and measuring cups. Property Host responded to any need almost immediately.

It looks cozy, and it is, but plenty of room for us and our 3 kids. The kitchen is nicely furnished (even has a bar blender if you want to make margaritas or daiquiris) and everything is up to date and very well maintained. ALL the streaming services on the tv's. It was only a 5 minute drive from the key and less than 15 from siesta key beach. Good price. Would definitely stay again
