Special Notes to know before reserving:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- This Unit is located above a Restaurant.
- Small pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one TIGHT space for parking. Vans, Large SUVs, Pick-up trucks or any other large vehicle will NOT fit and are not approved.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.

In the heart of siesta key village
Awesome spot in the heart of the village! 2 Beach chairs provided was a great perk as we enjoyed a day on the beach / literally just a short stroll .. Day and night great places to shop, and eat/drink with live music - or take the breeze trolley or frog hopper both with free shuttles to anywhere in the Sarasota area as well.. definitely would book again

Steps from everything in the village!
Excellent location, easy parking. If you want to experience Siesta Key restaurants and night life as well as beaches, this property is perfect. Across the street from trolley, grocery and an amazing restaurant called Flavio’s. True, you are on the strip and the strip is rocking’ with great music until late, but that was all part of the Siesta Key vibe!

Perfect Spot in the Village
We came to Siesta Key for our 5 year wedding anniversary. This location was perfectly located in the center of the village within quick walking distance to all activities and the trolley. We anticipated noise from the nightly live bands. We were in the middle of all the action, what else would we expect? The nights we went to bed early, we turned on the TV and didn’t even notice. We will absolutely rent again on the next visit!

The place was great for a short, quick trip for Spring Training. The only thing to note, the music is loud when there is a live band near by so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper or not a night owl.

Cute,clean but noisy
The placebis cute and clean but the outside noise during my stay was unbearable. Granted it was Thanksgiving. The bar and street noise from 8p to 2am makes sleep impossible. I thoughr it might be ok because it was Thanksgiving but a lot was open,people were drinking and the band was playing. Nothing you can do but sleep a couple of hours .

The place was great. Walkable distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. However, the loud music at night time keeps you up despite taking sleeping pills. Also, i’d prefer that the check out time be at 11/12 not 10 am.

Nice little apt above a downtown restaurant
This little apt had most everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and had beach towels, chairs, and umbrella and enough kitchen items to make a few simple meals. It was a little warm sleeping, could have used a fan in the bedroom, but the bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Parking was tight behind the building, but we didn’t need to take the car out often because almost everything we wanted to go to was within walking distance!

No Sun Lots of Noise
The VRBO add never states that the unit is located above a pizza restaurant. Good thing you don’t have to drive anywhere. Once your in parking spot #3 it’s nearly impossible to get out past the yellow protection poles and the pick up trucks parked in other spots. First night the drunks were yelling below our bedroom window until 2AM in morning. Speaking of windows, our living area did not have any windows. It was like living in a jail cell, never knowing if it was day or night. There’s an open stairway to the units on the second floor. The music from the next door pub SKOB channels up this stairwell all night. The facility is neat and clean though the sleeper sofa has no support when using as a couch. I can continue on with the issues of this particular unit but I hope you can get the idea. If you like darkness, lots of noise every night and impossible parking arrangements, this is the place for you. On a finishing note; this was my wife’s and my first trip to Siesta Key. We love the island but when we return it will be elsewhere.
