Cute place
The stay was great! Easy walk to everything, no issues with check in or out. The only downside was the bedding was stained. The comforter on the main bed had stains which appeared to be fresh as in not washed, and the extra bedding for the couch was the same. I also tried to sweep up during our stay and the only option was a vacuum that didn’t work.

Great Location
Great location—quiet, easy to find parking, easy walking to downtown, Forsyth park area, or just exploring numerous squares and museums in the immediate area. A bit basic on the amenities. As stated, the stairs are steep and would be tough for anyone with mobility issues, also dangerous for little kids. The openness of the bedroom/bathroom would make it hard to have anyone sleep on the pullout couch—no privacy and any noise from one areas carries to the other. Overall, very comfortable and we had a nice stay.

Excellent location, nice cozy place
Really enjoyed our stay, within walking distance of so much in historical Savannah. The place was pretty well stocked with the essentials, and was comfortable. Definitely recommended.

Savannah Anniversary trip
The central location and on street parking made this our choice above some of the others. The parking was a bit tricky and 1 block away. But we had no problems once we figured it out. The unit was cute and clean and the bed was comfortable . We overestimated our stair climbing abilities, however when picking a unit with the bedroom and only bathroom upstairs . We enjoyed breakfast twice at Clary's which is very close. I recommend getting there before 9 am as they are very popular. Overall I would highly recommend this unit, if you have good knees.

Nice and convenient
It was a decent place to stay. The bed was not comfortable as it felt very cheap and old. The sofa felt like it was going to break when you sat down on it. Other than that, it was fine. I’d probably stay there again.

Nice place, clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well equipped. 220 entrance on East Jones Lane is actually an alley. If on Abercorn St, turn next to Clary's Café. Convenient to walk to anywhere you would like to go. Recommend Farmers Market on Saturdays. Street parking free, but note street cleaning signs as to when not to park. Got the parking pass for those streets that are metered. Avoided the expensive parking lot across the street. Enjoy Savannah.

4 night stay.
We stayed 4 nights here. Listing looked good. Location was great. 3 blocks for Forsyth Park and a beautiful 15 minute walk to River St. Pros: great location, easy entry into building. Love the loft style. Cons. Stairs to the upstairs are kind of steep. Blankets for the downstairs couch would be nice-or specify w should bring extra blankets. There is no outdoor seating at all front or back. Blinds are up without curtains-street lights light up the bedroom very bright. If you plan on not spending a lot of time here and just using it to relax before the day starts and ends-Definitely but it is not for a comfortable staycation.

Not as it seems...
Could not find the property with gps, had to call for additional information to locate it. The pictures look much better than the actual place. The front door opens up to an alley, there is a courtyard that you cannot access due to a deadbolt that requires a key and there is no convenient parking. Most of the time there is no parking anywhere near. Had to park as far as 4 blocks away. The place has a musty smell and the stairs are super steep. Would love to visit the area again but would stay elsewhere l.

Let me start by saying the property managers were amazing. However we never had a TV that worked and never had Wi-Fi the whole time. The bathroom toilet would not flush but I did call the property managers and they took care of it immediately. They could never remedy the issues with the Wi-Fi or the TV so we never had access to any of that. They were scratching in the walls so severe that we had to have someone come out at 1 AM Because my daughter and I were terrified. The property managers did everything they could to accommodate us but I would never ever want that experience again.

Cockroaches!?
Booked a 3 night stay, anticipated checking in at 4 pm but had gotten a call to inform me that house keeping was running behind, kind of a bummer... really sucks after a long drive. The first impression when you walk in is nice but don’t let it fool you, I noticed the damp air mentioned by other reviewers, you could feel it in the rugs and the bed. Above the stove in the cabinets there is duck tape holding boards together? Coming back from the beach on our last night we came in to find there was 2 giant cockroaches at least 2 inches long on the rug, they fled into the wall where there is a huge gap between the floor and the trim. We immediately shook out all of our stuff, packed up and left, not even staying the last night. This rental made the trip for me and my wife more aggravating than it should have been. I will not use this again and I do not recommend. There is no reason for the condition of the rental to be acceptable with the amount of money being made.

On the overall whole this property is in an amazing location and is mostly as described in the listing. The property itself is an old carriage home in a neighborhood filled with carriage style homes and lots of history. If you are looking for a place that is situated in a great location in Savannah that is within reasonable walking distances of most of the historic district this is your place. It is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is small and does need some updating but it doesn't prevent you from making meals. I would consider bringing a few extras such as knives and a can opener. They do have a wine opener! The king size bed upstairs was very comfortable and the overall feel of the place is VERY comfortable. My kids enjoyed the fold out sofa bed downstairs. Others have mentioned in previous reviews "issues" with parking. I'm not sure what the issues were as there is a paid parking lot directly across the street from the property. There is also plenty of on street parking . I will agree that on street parking is not always easily available however the paid lot had lots of space and that is where we parked. Problems: The property is described as light filled and it is especially at night thanks to a street light right outside the top floor windows. This was mostly a problem for me and not the rest of my family. TV and Internet are listed as amenities however in the rental agreement they are not guaranteed. The problem with this is to watch the TV you need the internet which is intermittent at best. The property manager did provide a solution which was also intermittent. However the internet problem is why we are giving 4 and not 5 stars. Now for the*EXTRAS*: As many of you may know Savannah is a town rich in history and tragedy. With that in mind my family and I are still sorting out whether or not we each had a paranormal experience while staying in the house. We are not paranormal experts but we all agree some unusual things did happen to 3 out of 4 of us during our stay. My only recommendations to the owner would be: black out curtains for upstairs to help with sleeping at night, and work on a solution to the issues with the internet. We aren't the first to list this in a review. We only contacted the property manager about the issues with the internet. She was very responsive and made sure to follow up with us.

Check in and out was easy. The place was clean and in a good neighborhood. When we arrived the toilet and the internet didn’t work. Lucky Savannah came quickly to fix the toilet. However the internet never worked. You do not have cable so to steam tv you have to have internet. Maintenance attempted to fix it but could not reach the owner. The doesn’t stay hot very long.

Loved working with your company and the location was ideal. We had a problem when we arrived at the unit, the toilet was not working. This was very disappointing given the 4 hour drive to arrive and then no toilet to use. Your repairman responded with lightning speed so all was well with that for the rest of the stay. The biggest problem was the presence of cockroaches in the kitchen bedroom and bathroom. I know they are everywhere but there were way too many for my comfort level- in the sink, on the counters, on packaged food that I had on the counter, bathtub shower curtain, shelves in bedroom. This was disturbing and will not stay at this property again for this reason. You were a great company to work with and quick to respond, it just appears this property was vacant for some time and needs maintenance and an exterminator
