The check in process was fine, but while checking out the clerk was rude and annoyed. We ate at the restaurant, the food was awful. We ordered the rib eye rare, and received overcooked stew meat mainly gristle and fat. The server, however, was friendly and apologetic. One of the beds was broken or perhaps just has a very old mattress. One side was concave and the other was noticeably very stiff. The bedside lamp was sticky with obvious dirt and debris, the pillows on the bed were mismatched, the shower head could not be adjusted without losing pressure, and the bathroom fan didn’t work. Fortunately I only needed to stay one night but I will never be back.

Former Hilton. Decent hotel for short business stays. Also every room they have given me has a fantastic view. Not the best restaurant on site but they will give you a microwave on request. Very convenient in the center of town but it is downtown Seattle so it's not the best area. I feel completely safe however once I'm inside the hotel.
