Awful

Checked out a day early couldn't not cope with another night of no sleep. First room full of ants and bed bugs, moved rooms the following morning yet more ants moved again broken door to balcony so kept awake all night from the wind on the broken door. The staff are so lovely such a shame, the manager was nice enough don't think she quite understood all the issues and was happy for us to check out early and refund us for this. The hotel pool currently has work going on so can't sit by the pool for the noise and construction going on be warned no prior notice of this! Pros to the hotel breakfast and location but certainly doesn't make up for the rest of the hotel. Extremely disappointed ruined our short time in Bali.

Schönes Hotel mitten drin

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Der Zustand ist nicht neu aber gut gepflegt. Schöner Rooftop-Pool über Bali. Das beste ist die Lage.
