Large apartment composed of three bedrooms, living room, three bathrooms, separate kitchen and a bright glass patio, fifty square meters, where you can be, work, read and enjoy the light of Andalusia. It is a new apartment that we make available to our customers.
With capacity for six people, it has sheets, towels and blankets, has air conditioning hot and cold in all rooms, free internet connection and equipped kitchen.
Each bedroom has two large single beds: 100 x 200 centimeters.

The patio-apartment is located at one end of the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the old Jewish quarter of Seville, between the churches of San Esteban and San Bartolomé.
This area is that of the great palace-houses of Seville that are still inhabited, many of them by their owners, although others are Headquarters of the Administration.
In this neighborhood lived Miguel de Mañara, whose life inspired Mozart the opera Don Giovanni, which for other writers and novellets was Don Juan Tenorio. Still standing, a few meters from the apartment, the palace in which this character lived, the Casa del Comendador, and the Convent where Doña Inés took refuge.
This area of Santa Cruz is, therefore, very quiet and residential, although it is in the same historical center and very close to the Cathedral. That is why the old and wealthy families of Seville keep their palatial residences in it. It is a very spiritual area where the distant sound of the bells of the churches and convents, raise the feelings.
The neighborhood also has all the amenities: supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and all kinds of shops.
The house where the Patio de Tintes apartment is located, has been divided into two apartments to rent: La Casa Grande, and El Patio. That's why they will not have neighbors that bother them.
Located ten minutes walk from Santa Justa train station, and fifteen minutes by taxi from the airport. For travelers arriving by car there is a public car park at Cano y Cueto street. If you want to rent a car, you will find all rental companies in the same San Justa Station.

Spacious apartment in Sevilla
This is a spacious apartment located within walking distance of the Santa Justa train station. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it was easy for everyone to get ready in the morning. There is a Carrefour Express located nearby for grocery shopping. We had breakfast at the apartment each morning. Also, the pantry was stocked with basics, such as coffee filters, which was nice. The apartment is air-conditioned which was a welcome respite after a day outdoors in the June heat. Overall we enjoyed our stay. As some other reviewers have noted, due to the location of the apartment there is some noise from the street at night (trucks, motor scooters, pedestrian conversations) that can be heard from the bedrooms. If you are a light sleeper this might affect you, but otherwise no big deal.

Great Sevilla Patio Hideaway
We got the downstairs apartment, which hasa wonderful patio that stays very cool (bedrooms and kitchen/living ro have excellent AC). With three separate baths we were able to get ready w/o stepping on each other. The apartment is on a busy corner (which seems strange for streets that are literally two meters wide). There was a lot if motorcycle traffic and people talking loudly, but it was a minor inconvenience. It's located close to major attractions and some great restaurants. We'd love to go back w friends and rent both levels. Maria was a great host and was very kind whem we messed up the arrival time. Highly recommended!

Sevilla is amazing
This spacious apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay in Sevilla. It is conveniently located near most attractions and sites. There are wonderful cafes and a Carrefour express just around the corner and there many great restaurants nearby. The apartment does have AC in the bedrooms and lounge area! And you’ll also enjoy the 3 full bathrooms.

Home away from home
Six of us stayed here for my parents in law’s Golden Anniversary and this home really made the break. It had everything we wanted and more. The local restaurants and bars were great and was positioned close to everywhere we wanted. This is one lovely city and the property made our break

LOVELY APARTMENT WITH A FANTASTIC LOCATION
Just recently returned from our Girlie trip to Seville. We were very impressed with the Apartment. It was very clean, a well stocked kitchen with dishes etc and the courtyard was great to sit when having breakfast each morning. The apartment location was brilliant. Not that far a walk to the Cathedral and we all had a lovely stay. The only small downside was that it could be noisy at night. People talking whilst walking past the windows and the emptying of the rubbish bins. But this is to be expected as were were in the centre of a very busy city. Seville is beautiful, very friendly people and plan to return.

Idéalement situé
Appartement idéal pour 6 copines , spacieux, bien équipé , parfaitement situé pour tout visiter à pied . Un petit hic , une odeur peu agréable dans le patio (sûrement dû à l’évacuation de la fontaine) et assez bruyant au petit matin. Les fenêtres des chambres donnent sur une petite rue et on entend bien les voitures passer . Mais un rapport qualité prix parfait .
