WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
We invite you and your guests to make yourself at home at our bayfront vacation home. Perfect for boaters, Tortuga Bay features a marina with assigned boat slips and an area to clean up your catch of the day! The closest public boat ramp is the Palm Street Public Boat Ramp just down the street. Our home has a full kitchen to cook up your fresh seafood feast yourself. Our 1st-floor guest area has a partial kitchen, SmartTV, seating area, its own bathroom, plus a private bayfront balcony close to the pool. It is the perfect space for a small family or couple. Our second floor is the main living space. It has a tv room with cable service, living room with bay view, half bath, full kitchen, dining area with sunset view, and bayfront balcony. Our 3rd floor features primary and guests bed rooms. Our primary bedroom is a vacation all on it's own, and the VIPs in your group are going to love having their own space. It features a king size bed, large TV with cable tv service, ensuite with walk-in shower, and is just across the hall from a private bayfront balcony. Our guest room with a queen bed has a SmartTV, ensuite with walk-in shower, and has a balcony. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds with 4 total twin size beds, as well as room to unpack and a mounted SmartTV. Make yourself at home!

This vacation home is a 3-story walk-up without elevator access. On the ground floor there is a guest living space with partial kitchen, bed, and bathroom. On the 2nd floor there is a living space, kitchen, half-bathroom, and bayfront balcony. The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and bayfront balconies.
WELCOME TO TORTUGA BAY
The gated community is a mere two blocks from the beautiful South Padre Island beach. Parking is easily accessible and Tortuga Bay also has some great outdoor amenities. There is a beautiful, bayfront, gradual-entry pool with seating. Bonus: Tortuga Bay has outdoor restrooms by the pool for your convenience. Are you looking to do some fishing while on the island? A boat slip is assigned, and you'll have your own personal spot. There is also a fish cleaning station by the water for you and your fisher-family. If you're looking for some local dining, Tortuga Bay is also only 5 minutes away from Cap 'n Roy's, known for seafood and Mexican food fare.

Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
