Goose Creek Getaway is a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2 full baths North Fork vacation home just a 1-minute drive into town and right around the corner to the beach. Everything you would possibly need for a wonderful stay!
This home sleeps five perfectly and has a beautifully remodeled kitchen, perfect for the chef in the family. The kitchen offers all modern appliances with a stunning galley kitchen. There's plenty of seating in the living room area to enjoy some family time together or just relax with a great movie or a fabulous book.
There are 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 kid's beds, just perfect for the whole family. The home is located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood so the yard is a wonderful retreat with a gas barbecue and outdoor seating. This house comes with kayaks, and bicycles making it a wonderful vacation home! (Please note we only allow small dogs, no cats.)
The beach is a minute's walk, also the area at the beach has a swing. The village of Southold is within a mile of the house. The lovely Duck Walk vineyard and Sparkling Pointe vineyard are just a 5-minute drive.
Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry free stay!
