Tiukasti sidotun naapuruston takia tähän kiinteistöön saa antaa korkeintaan kuusi (6) henkilöä milloin tahansa, tämä sisältää yön yli ja päivävieraat / vierailijat.

Mökki:
Del Mar -mökki on viehättävä 1920-luvun ilmastoitu mökki meren rannalla, josta olet haaveillut. Tämän mökin luonne perinteisistä arkkitehtonisista yksityiskohdista, kuten kristalliovien nupista ja tyylikkäästä kruunupuristuksesta, jossa on kauniit, helposti aukeavat ikkunat, antaa viileän merituulen päälle, tekevät siitä "täytyy pysyä" -tyylin.

Puutarha:
Rentoudu puutarhan kuistilla, kun luet ja siemailet suosikkivääriäsi. Myöhemmin voit nauttia tähtiturnauksesta ylellisestä ulkoilmakylpylästäsi suunnitellessasi seuraavan päivän lauttamatkaa, vanhentamista tai golfpeliä.

Naapurusto:
Vain 15 minuutin päässä Gigin satamasta pohjoiseen on Del Mar Cottagen pieni naapurustossa sijaitseva South Colby, joka sijaitsee Port Orchardin välissä, vain 5 minuuttia länteen, tai Southworthin lauttasatamaan Seattleen, vain 4 minuutin päässä itään. Tämä viehättävä mökki näyttää olevan suojannut lahtea monien vuosikymmenien ajan. Tee Del Mar Mökistä osa seuraavasta päästäksesi pois. Haluat tulla takaisin joka vuosi!

Käveleminen ja koiran ystävät: On olemassa useita upeita kävelyretkiä koiran viettämiseen seikkailuun. Muuten, talossa sallitaan korkeintaan kaksi koiraa, ja kukin koira on erillinen lemmikkimaksu. Del Mar -mökki on yksi talo takaisin rannalta, mutta siellä on hiljainen, yhden kaistaisen julkisivutie, joka on suoraan rannalla, sopiva kävelylle ja kaiken rannan tarkkailemiseen. Julkisivutie (SE Cornell) on aivan Del Mar Cottage -portin länsipuolella.

Sitten vain 1/8 mailin päässä mökistä itään on Harper Pier, josta on näkymät Puget Soundille. Jatka kävelyäsi vielä 1/8 mailin päässä puistosta aivan SE Scatterwood Lane -kadun varrella; hyvä antaa koiran juoksua aidatulla pienellä liigan peruspalloalueella.

Puiston toisella puolella on luonnollinen vene- ja kajakkilasku, joka antaa koiran leikkiä vedessä!

Cozy cottage
We had everything we needed for a long holiday weekend. The host was friendly and responded quickly. We enjoyed being able to quickly walk down to the water, and seeing deer in the yard next to the house. The hot tub was gorgeous on our chilly, cloudy nights!

Old cottage with style
We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was nicely decorated and well-equipped equipped with everything we needed. We saw deer in the back and front yard, which was fun. The area was tranquil. The picture in the listing from the hot tub has changed a little as a huge building has gone up behind the building, but there is still a view of the bay.

Lovely and peaceful location. Kitchen has everything for cooking and Baking. You could do a family Christmas or Thanksgiving and have every cooking tool you would need. Even an amazing 7 quart Kitchenaid Mixer!!! 😎

Wedding weekend staycation
I stayed here for the weekend of my wedding, as it was right down the road from the venue. It was more than I expected. Extremely clean and cozy, the hot tub was kept at the perfect temp, jazz playing when I checked in. I think the checkout list is a little excessive, but I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely Cottage
Perfect cottage as a centralized base. We traveled all around peninsula as well as to Seattle and Canada. Family able to easily fly into Seattle. Property felt private and was well appointed. Many nice touches that made the stay very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed Motion activated nightlights - great touch Hot tub - a favorite nightly ritual Car Charger - very handy Fenced back yard - perfect for our dog Property Manager (Erik) - extremely responsive and helpful

Cozy Cottage Charm
This cottage was just what we needed--even cuter than the pictures and so charming. We arrived to music playing and a bottle of wine and delighted in the mix of modern and vintage furniture (especially the piano!). The hot tub, garden, deck, and yard were all lovely and felt like a classic English country garden. Although it was rainy some of the time, we still enjoyed sitting out and watching the sunset. We were also visited by some deer grazing in the open meadow next door. Our dog had a blast, too. We slept wonderfully and loved relaxing in the sun room bedroom to the front. It was also fun taking walks along the waterfront and it took no more than 15 minutes to drive anywhere else we wanted to explore in Port Orchard or Manchester State Park. The cottage was perfect for our birthday weekend of reading, writing, and relaxing, and we hope to be back!

Great stay for Thanksgiving
When we arrived, we opened the door and there was wonderful jazz music playing, heat was on and there was a bottle of wine with glasses all ready to go! It was so inviting. The house was charming and very well equipped (even all of the necessary kitchen tools to fix a Thanksgiving meal)! Everything was there for us and we had a very relaxing time. The jacuzzi was fantastic! What an added plus!

This is a lovely quiet space. Daily walks to the pier and shoreline included sightings of deer and eagles as well as seabirds and various types of boats. The host was gracious and responsive.

Delightful and cozy, Owner great to work with.
This is a delightful cottage with beautiful water views. Owner was kind and helpful through planning and check in as well as through the stay by checking in on us even after arrival to offer help/guidance as needed. Gave four stars for cleanliness due to the nature of this well- loved century old home surrounded by lots of vegetation. Leaf litter is a reality, and was seen around the grounds and on the deck upon arrival. This is not intended to be a flaw, but rather, a review to clarify future guests’ expectations. This cottage is a vintage home that has been lovingly cared for and is well appointed with many items to make the stay comfortable. Many extras were also available that were a delight to have available. If your desire is to stay in a modern, sterile residence with sharp clean lines and pristine lawns, this is not the place to stay. However if the description above fits your vision of a place in which to get away, you will find that this is a great place to stay! Will return!

Beautiful property
Amazing little house with lots of amenities and close to some really cute town centers with restaurants and shopping. The house has been beautifully kept and the foliage well groomed. Very well stocked kitchen with some “welcome” drinks in the fridge for us. We used the jacuzzi and the fire pit which were both wonderful. Even saw a bald eagle in a tree while sitting on the back porch on our last day! The only suggestion I would have is to have more small trash cans in the bedrooms and living room. Only ones were in the bath and kitchen. Had a great time and will definitely return to this house in the future for vacation.

Home in Harper
As advertised, an indirect view of the Puget Sound, a quiet neighborhood, and a comfortable house with a hot tub out back. 14 of my days there were great, 1 not so great. All in all, a very good experience.
