Beach view
Sea Watch 2B is in an excellent location to easily get to downtown St Augustine but is away from the crowds. The patio with a high table and 4 barstools provides a great view of the beach. The condo had ample room (closets/pantry) to put away suitcases and boxes. The king size bed in the master suite was comfy and the shower was lovely. I can easily recommend 2B and would rent again when in the area.

Great oceanfront condo
The morning sunrise is the highlight of every day. Perfect location directly on the beach, but also a short drive to the historical district. Will definitely consider a return visit.

Girls Trip
Four of us stayed here for our annual girls' trip and were very happy. The condo is decorated nicely in a beach theme. The porch was perfect for sitting out and eating. Some of the appliances were a bit old but worked fine and were more than adequate for our needs. Loved our time there!

We found a few things didn't work or were in need of replacing but managed without issues. MB sink, MB tub faucet, RF large stove burner topped the list. Stay was enjoyed which was what we wanted.

Great Beach Trip
We loved this condo. Clean, quiet, great location near Publix grocery store and a fantastic beach view with easy beach access. The condo complex was very well maintained with a super nice pool. Next time we return to Vilano Beach / St. Augustime, we'd like to stay here again!

Dirty and Tired
The standout feature of this property is its prime beachside location, and the building and surrounding areas are well-maintained. However, the condo itself falls short in several areas. The primary issues are inadequate cleaning and significant maintenance neglect. Upon arrival, we found sand in the beds, hair in the bathrooms, greasy cabinet stains, and years of grime on the refrigerator door. Despite a second cleaning being arranged by the management company—who were professional on the phone—many of these issues persisted. Additionally, the condo appears to have received no maintenance for years. The furniture is worn with water damage and stains, and the couch and loveseat have dirt in the cushions. Rusted AC vents, mildew in the master bathroom tub, and a disintegrating drawer in the bathroom cabinet further detract from the experience. All the walls are blemished with mismatched paint, dust and grime on shelving, baseboards, and doors, and the outdoor furniture is so rusted that I cut the bottom of my foot on it. Furthermore, the current photos in the listing do not accurately reflect the unit's actual condition.

Great views!
The location is phenomenal for a fantastic beach vacation! The condo could have been a bit cleaner and beds could have been better in quality, especially the twin beds. It also would have been great to get additional details regarding some of the amenities in the condo or things to do in the area. I’ve had that type of service from other VRBO owners. Overall, you can’t beat the perfect location and the views overlooking the water.

Great Vacation!
Nicely decorated, good location, easy beach access, convenient for shopping and restaurants, close to family that lives in St. Augustine, and extra beds so our grandchildren could spend a couple of nights with us. A good place to stay overall, but a night lite in the bathroom might be a plus since we could not find one at any of the nearby shopping places.

We split our ten day St Augustine Beach holiday between two oceanfront locations. The Crescent Beach property was cozy was this Vilano Beach condo was first class luxurious. Wonderful anniversary for us.

anniversary vacation
This was our 25th anniversary vacation and we couldnt have picked a better place to stay! The condo was very nice, very clean and right on the beach as advertised. the beach was incredible and the view was gorgeous. My wife and I had a wonderful time and will be back lol.

Wonderful stay!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and well decorated. It was also very comfortable and the property was quiet. The only thing we wish it had were screens on the doors or windows. It would have been amazing to fall asleep listening to sounds of the waves, but we didn't want allow bugs in. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed our time in St. Augustine.

Overall, a great stay. Balcony design opened to a fantastic vista of the beach & ocean. Remotes for tv's could have been explained somewhere (or perhaps missed them somewhere) and a little fuller assortment of channels from comcast would have been nice.

Fantastic View
Such beautiful sunrises! Very quiet area. The condo is right on the beach! Loved being able to hear the waves as I was drifting off to sleep each night. A lot of shells on the beach to bring home for souvenirs. Check-in was very easy; code for door was sent before arrival. Management was quick to reply to questions. Condo is dated, but they have made some upgrades. It was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. If you are a TV watcher, I would suggest taking your own streaming devices for the bedrooms since they only have a few local channels available . Streaming was available in the living room. Overall, it was a great place to stay!!

Long NYE weekend
We decided to spend a long weekend here to celebrate the new year. Location was great and everything we needed was available for a great stay. Owner was very thorough and communicative. Thanks for a great trip!

The overall impression of the complex was good, pool area clean, grounds landscaped. Location and access to beach fine (no code for pool or beach needed even though says they are in unit). All quiet during my stay. There is a Publix just down the road, and the condo is well located for exploring St Augustine. Complex needs recycling facilities and EV charging point. Elevator not working some of the time. Individual unit needs new dishes, pots and pans as these were chipped, crackled or stained. No dishcloths. Fridge exterior stained and interior froze everything. Had to turn it to minimum. No hairdryer. Only one beach chair which was broken, although plenty of beach toys and boogie boards. The electrical socket in the master was hanging off the wall which would be dangerous for little fingers. Sofa needs replacing. Overall could be great with a bit of TLC

Don't depend on a mangement company to be a competent host
I had informed via email that I was handicapped and my son was autistic. I received two pages of rules and directions that must be followed. The "host" sent bare minimum information.....codes for Wi-fi, door, and beach access along with instructions for trash, dishwasher, etc. that must be followed or fines would result. Upon arrival only stairs were visible. I pointed to the middle of the downstairs and asked my son to search for an elevator. He came back about 5 minutes later saying no elevator. The next day I called and told the host that I would not have stayed there if no elevator. Her response was "I'm Sorry." Same response that the wi-fi signal was very weak and couldn't use my computer. Things that need correcting: Kitchen in need of updating. Appliances very old. Skillets and some dishes were not clean and required hand washing before use. No trash can in bath. No matt in tub and drain very slow and SLICK. Shower control very difficult to turn. Twin mattresses very cheap and should only be used by children. I had to literally crawl up and down the stairs. On the last day as we were leaving and I was crawling down the stairs, a resident said "why don't you use the elevator?" I will not rent a property that does not have a "host" who is not familiar with the property. Her "I'm sorry" response to the elevator issue dramatically impacted our trip. On the up side: the property was beautifully decorated.
