Great View/Maintenance Needed
The “Contactless Check In” was not as described, as the door was locked. So we had to call and someone had to come let us in. The first thing we noticed was the upstairs bathroom floor was full of water. Called the office, they sent someone who stated they would be back the next day with a part to repair the leaking toilet. 3 days later we had to call again as it was now leaking through the first floor ceiling and nothing had been done. The leak was from the wax ring meaning this was waste water leaking that we were walking on. The office originally tried to send out a plumber the following day, until we complained again and they repaired it that day (day 3). All of the light bulbs were burned out in the master bedroom and the master closet. Half of the lights above the dining room table were burned out. And although the ocean view was great from the master bedroom, the pull for the blinds was broken, so the rising sun woke us up at 6:30am every day.
Complex, pools and view were great, but this unit needs to be better maintained.
